Claims (13)
- Zusammensetzung für einen Zündholzkopf von der Art mit einem Zündstoff, einem Brennstoff, einem Bindemittel, sowie mit Füllstoffen und eventuellen Zusatzstoffen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brennstoff ein Eisenphosphid in einem Anteil von 3 bis 60% Gewichtsprozent aufweist. - Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Korngröße der verwendeten Eisenphosphide unterhalb 250 µm liegt.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittlere Korngröße der verwendeten Eisenphosphide etwa zehn µm beträgt.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in ihrer Anwendung auf Sicherheitszündhölzer die folgende Formulierung aufweist:Zündstoff : Kaliumchlorat oder -perchlorat 30 bis 62 Gew.%Brennstoff : Eisenphosphide 3 bis 60 Gew.%Bindemittel : Gelatine oder Synthese-Bindemittel 5 bis 18 Gew.%Füllstoffe : siliciumhaltige oder organische Stoffe 0 bis 25 Gew.%Zusatzstoffe : Pigmente - phlegmatisierend - stabilisierend 0 bis 25 Gew.%
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel Gelatine ist, das in der Zusammensetzung einen Anteil von etwa 13% aufweist.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllstoffe Diatomeemehl in einem Anteil aufweisen, der etwa 5 Gew.% der Zusammensetzung ausmacht.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllstoffe Siliciumoxid, Glimmer und Titanoxid enthalten, das innerhalb der Zusammensetzung einen Prozentsatz von etwa 3 bis 6 Gew.% ausmacht.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem 2 bis 5% Cellit aufweist.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie die folgende Formulierung aufweist:Kaliumchlorat 55 Masseprozent der trockenen MischungGelatine 13 Masseprozent der trockenen MischungDiatomeemehl 5 Masseprozent der trockenen MischungSiliciumoxid 16 Masseprozent der trockenen MischungEisenphosphid 5 Masseprozent der trockenen MischungCellit 2 Masseprozent der trockenen MischungTitanoxid 4 Masseprozent der trockenen Mischung
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem Eisenoxid in einem Anteil von etwa 1% aufweist.
