Description
Die CH-A5 659 629 (D 1) lehrt und beschreibt einen Behalter für pastöse Massen. Dieser Behälter ist offensichtlich zum Einsetzen in ein Applikationsgerät weder gedacht noch geeignet: der hintere Behälter-Abschluss ist nicht weiter definiert und weist v.a. keine Auflageflächen auf; vorn ragt eine Abgabespitze heraus. Das Vermischen der beiden aus dem Behälter auszustossenden Massen ist bei diesem Behälter anscheinend kein Problem, es sind weder passive noch aktive Misch-Einsätze vorgesehen.

- Misch- und/oder Pumpaggregate, welche durch eine Stange 2.4 mechanisch angetrieben werden; das oder die Ausbesserungsmaterial(ien) wird/werden jedenfalls auch durch Kolbendruck in das Aggregat gefördert.
- Entsprechende Misch- und/oder Pumpaggregate, die hydraulisch (Druckluft durch Rohr 2.4) oder mittels eingebautem Elektromotor (Elektrischleitung 2.4) angetrieben werden.
- Thermokopf, dies speziell bei 1-Komponenten-Epoxidharzmischungen, in welchen der Härter desaktiviert vorliegt und durch Aufheizen aktiviert, z.B. in Lösung gebracht, wird, worauf die Härtungsreaktion einsetzt.
Claims (4)
- Auf Applikationsgeräten, Fahrzeugen, Robotern u.ä. einsetzbarer Wechselbehälter zur Aufnahme, Vermischung bzw. Homogenisierung und auch diskontinuierlichen Abgabe von ein- oder mehrkomponentigen fluiden Beschichtungs- und/oder Ausbesserungsmaterialien mit, als Hauptkomponenten, einem Aussenbehälter (1.1) für das Beschichtungs- und/oder Ausbesserungsmaterial (1.2) sowie einem Misch-Einsatz (1.4), dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Misch-Einsatz (1.4) in den Aussenbehälter (1.1) einsetzbar und daraus wieder entnehmbar ist,dass im Innern des Aussenbehälters mindestens eine von dessen Innenseit beabstandete zylindrische Innenwand zur Bildung von Konzentrischen Teilbehältern (2.1) vorliegt, sowiedass Teil entweder alle Material enthaltenden Teil Behälter im Ausstoss-Sinn hinten durch mechanisch oder hydraulisch bewegbare Kolben abgedichtet sind, wobei der Mischeinsatz ein passiver ist, welcher aus mehreren Schichten besteht, mit im Ausstoss-Sinn hinten einer kompakten, nur Durchführungsbohrungen aufweisenden Schicht (3.1), mit in den folgenden Schichten (3.2) einer nach vorne feiner werdenden Sinter- bzw. Füllkörper-Struktur und mit einer der Austrittsfläche etwa entsprechenden Austrittsöffnung der vordersten Schicht (3.3),oder dass alle Material enthaltender TeilBehälter im Ausstoss-Sinn hinten durch festsitzende Verschlüsse (2.6) abgedichtet sind, wobei der Mischeinsatz ein aktiver ist, welcherentweder ein Förderaggregat wie eine Kreisel-, Zahnrad-, Kreiskolben- oder Spindelpumpe enthält, welche das Beschichtungs- und/oder Ausbesserungsmaterial durch einen passiven Misch-Einsatz fördert odereinen Thermokopf zwecks Lösung von festen Härtern in EinKomponenten-Epoxidharzmischungen vor der Abgabeeinen bewegten Mischkopf, Schaufel- oder Schneckenmischer, gegebenenfalls mit Antriebsmotor, oder schliesslichaufweist, wobei die jeweiligen Antriebe mechanisch, hydraulisch oder elektrisch mittels einer(s) durch einen zentralen Teilbehälter durchgeführten Stange, Rohres bzw. Leitung erfolgen,wobei die beiden Frontseiten (1.6, 1.7) des Wechselbehälters so ausgebildet sind, dass sie mit fixierenden Gegenflächen des Gerätes bzw. des Fahrzeugs in Kontakt gebracht werden können.
- Verwendung des Wechselbehälters gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Misch-Einsatz - gegebenenfalls nach Entfernung einer Schutzabdeckung (2.8) über dem Harz - vorn in den das bzw. die Material(ien) enthaltenden Wechselbehälter eingesetzt wird unddass der Wechselbehälter in die dafür vorgesehene Aufnahmevorrichtung des Gerätes bzw. Fahrzeugs eingesetzt wird,
wobei die hintere Behälter-Frontseite dichtend an die fixierende Gegenfläche und die vordere Behälter-Frontseite dichtend an die Gegenfläche mit der Material-Austrittsöffnung angebracht werden. - Verwendung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Kolben bewegende Druckgas entweder von aussen über Schläuche oder mittels eines Kompressors im Gerät generiert wird.
- Verwendung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der aktive Misch-Einsatz mit dem Förderaggregat vorn in den das bzw. die Material(ien) enthaltenden Wechselbehälter eingesetzt wird,dass die Energiezufuhr zum Aggregat angeschlossen wird unddass der Wechselbehälter dichtend an die Gegenflächen der Vorrichtung bzw. des Fahrzeuges angebracht wird.
