Claims (4)

  1. Offene, belüftet Kühltheke, die unter anderem gebildet wird durch eine untere Platte und eine zur Schaustellung von Produkten (Lebensmitteln) vorgesehene Basisplatte, zwischen denen durch Kühlelemente abgekühlte Kühlungsluft mit Hilfe mehrerer Ventilatoren umgewälzt wird, die entlang den Planen angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwischen der unteren Platte und der Basisplatte in Luftumwälzrichtung folgende Elemente oder Bauteile angeordnet sind:
    1. ein erster Verdampfer, der unter den vorerwähnten Ventilatoren angeordnet ist;
    2. ein zweiter Verdampfer, der sich in einer Entfernung von der Basisplatte und der unteren Platte befindet;
    3. eine Ablaufrinne, die in der unteren Platte vorgesehen und mit einem Heizwiderstand ausgestattet ist;
    4. ein dritter Verdampfer, der direkt vor einem Längs-Austrittsspalt (13) für die gekühlte Luft angeordnet ist.
  2. Kühltheke nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Längs-Austrittsspalt in der Weise zwischen den Längsrändern der unteren Platte und der Basisplatte profiliert ist, daß die austretende gekühlte Luft in Richtung der auf der Basisplatte ruhenden Produkte (Lebensmittel) gerichtet wird.
  3. Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwischen dem genannten Ventilator (5) und dem ersten Verdampfer (6) eine perforierte Ablenkplatte (16) angeordnet ist, um die Verteilung der Luft oberhalb des vorerwähnten Verdampfers (6) zu optimieren.
  4. Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß unterhalb des ersten Verdampfers (6) ein Enteisungswiderstand (10) in einer Ablaufrinnc (9) angeordnet ist, die zum Ableiten von Kondenswasser dient.
