Abstract

L'invention concerne une boîte aux lettres à grande ouverture verticale et à boîte réceptrice éloignée à grande capacité. Le dispositif comporte un capot (1) à ouverture verticale (2) et à volet mobile (4) contre la pluie, un ensemble gaine (6)-glissière (10)-déflecteur (11) pour guider et freiner le courrier dans sa course, un plateau (12) à l'intérieur de la boîte réceptrice (3) pour recevoir le courrier à plus d'un bras de l'ouverture, une suspension élastique (13) de ce plateau pour amortir la fin de course du courrier. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux boîtes aux lettres de clôtures ajourées verticalement ou d'entrées d'immeubles à espace réduit.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transmission à distance du courrier vers une boîte réceptrice (voir les documents US-A-1 423 251 et US-A-1 707 049).
  • Les boîtes aux lettres agréées PTT classiques ou spécifiques sont traditionnellement à ouverture horizontale de deux à trois centimètres. Ces boîtes aux lettres ne s'adaptent pas aux clôtures de propriété généralement ajourées verticalement (palissade, grille, porte ou portail).
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient.
  • En effet, selon sa première caractéristique, il comporte un capot muni d'une ouverture verticale s'adaptant aisément à ces clôtures pour recevoir verticalement le courrier. Il comporte aussi un ensemble gaine-glissière-déflecteur pour guider et freiner le courrier dans sa course vers la boîte réceptrice. Il comporte encore un plateau à l'intérieur de la boîte réceptrice pour recevoir le courrier à plus d'un bras de l'ouverture verticale. Il comporte enfin une suspension élastique du plateau récepteur pour amortir la fin de course du courrier.
  • Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation :
    • la protection contre la pluie est assurée soit par un volet mobile fixé au capot, facile à lever avec le courrier ; soit par un auvent fixé au capot ; soit par le prolongement de la face supérieure relevable et des deux faces latérales du capot ,
    • la gaine peut être constituée par un simple prolongement des faces latérales du capot ,
    • si l'on ne craint pas les chutes libres du courrier , glissière, déflecteur, plateau et suspension élastique du plateau sont inutiles.
  • Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
       La figure 1 représente en perspective le capot fixé à une grille de portail.
  • La figure 2 représente, vu de derrière, le dispositif selon l'invention avec son plateau suspendu en position haute de volume minimal.
  • La figure 3 représente, vu de dessus, le dispositif ( porte ouverte ).
  • La figure 4 représente, vue de derrière, une variante du dispositif avec un plateau reposant sur des points d'appui fixes.
  • La figure 5 représente une vue en coupe du dispositif.
  • En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte un capot (1) à ouverture verticale (2) communiquant avec la boîte réceptrice (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une gaine (6). Le capot (1) et son volet mobile (4) assurent la protection du dispositif contre la pluie. L'ensemble de la boîte aux lettres à ouverture verticale est accroché au tablier du portail (23) par l'intermédiaire d'une fixation au portail (5). L'ouverture (2) se place devant un jour (21) entre deux barreaux (22) de la grille du portail. La boîte réceptrice (3) et la gaine (6) sont reliées par une cornière (7). L'ensemble gaine(6)-glissière(10)-déflecteur (11) guide le courrier (20) vers le plateau récepteur (12) accroché à une suspension élastique (13). L'ensemble de la boîte aux lettres à ouverture verticale est à paroi mince d'épaisseur β. La paroi épaisse (15) est la face de la boîte réceptrice supportant la porte d'accès (16). Deux poignées (17) permettent de manipuler la boîte réceptrice (3).
  • Selon une variante illustrée en figure 4, la boîte réceptrice (3) est pourvue de points d'appui (14) sur lesquels le plateau récepteur (12) vient reposer en différentes positions : haute de volume minimal, intermédiaire ou basse de volume maximal.
  • Selon des variantes non illustrées, l'ensemble du dispositif peut être : à section rectangulaire ou carrée ; encastré dans un mur ; scellé sur un socle de ciment ; enrobé de briques ou parpaings pour constituer un pilier.
  • Les dimensions imposées sont : la distance entre jours du portail (α), la largeur de jour de portail (A) et l'arrondi de découpe (ε).
  • A titre d'exemple non limitatif, le dispositif, réalisable en bois, métal, matériau plastique ou autres, aura des dimensions de l'ordre de :
    • - γ
    = 0,8 cm
    pour épaisseur de paroi épaisse en contreplaqué .
    - β
    = 0,5 cm
    pour épaisseur de paroi mince en contreplaqué .

    = A + ε
    pour largeur d'ouverture verticale .
    - C
    = 35 cm ( 22 à 42 cm ) ,
    pour hauteur d'ouverture verticale .
    - D
    = 25 cm ( 22 à 42 cm ) ,
    pour profondeur intérieure de capot.

    de 10 cm à plusieurs mètres ,
    pour longueur de gaine .
    - F
    = 10 cm ,
    pour hauteur de premier point d'appui du plateau .

    = F - γ + 50 cm ,
    pour hauteur de déflecteur ( à 45 degrés ) .

    = F - E + 90 cm ,
    pour hauteur de boîte réceptrice .
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux clôtures ajourées verticalement et aux entrées étroites d'immeubles nécessitant le regroupement des accès aux boîtes aux lettres et l'éloignement des boîtes réceptrices.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de transmission à distance du courrier vers une boîte réceptrice, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un capot (1) muni d'une grande ouverture verticale (2) pour recevoir verticalement le courrier et muni d'un volet mobile (4) contre la pluie, une gaine (6), une glissière (10), un déflecteur (11), un plateau (12) à suspension élastique (13) monté à l'intérieur d'une boîte réceptrice (3) et éloigné à plus d'un bras de l'ouverture verticale (2) .
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture verticale (2) peut être adaptée aux clôtures ajourées verticalement, en particulier aux grilles de portail.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture verticale (2) peut atteindre la largeur du jour (21) d'une clôture pour se confondre avec lui et peut recevoir les colis postaux ainsi que les pains allongés livrés à domicile et passant par la grille de la clôture.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la gaine (6) permet d'éloigner, de descendre et mieux dissimuler la boîte réceptrice (3) derrière un tablier (23) du portail .
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la gaine (6), la glissière (10) et le déflecteur (11) permettent de guider et freiner le courrier (20) dans sa course vers le plateau (12) .
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la boîte réceptrice (3) équipée d'un plateau (12) à suspension élastique (13) est à grande capacité et que le plateau (12), monté initialement vide en position haute, peut descendre en position basse de volume maximal sous le poids du courrier.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 6 caractérisé en ce que la suspension élastique (13) du plateau (12) permet d'amortir la fin de course du courrier (20) sur le plateau.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé par une séparation des éléments permettant de regrouper l'ouverture (2) et la boîte réceptrice (3) pour les rendre plus accessibles.
