Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un matériau croûte pour produit mousse intégré, qui est fabriqué selon un procédé dans lequel du latex polymère tel du caoutchouc ou une résine synthétique est appliqué sur la surface interne (12) d'un tissu aéré (10), expansé et vulcanisé et dans lequel une mince couche de latex (15), comportant à l'intérieur des cellules ouvertes mécaniques relativement fines (18), dans une partie proche de sa surface une couche de cellules ouvertes plus denses (20) et sur sa surface une croûte aérée (22), est collée au tissu aéré (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une région à fort pouvoir collant (17). La croûte aérée (22), tout en comportant des pores (21), présente une surface extérieure essentiellement lisse qui permet une introduction douce d'une solution de base d'agrégats de mousse (25) directement déversée sur la croûte et qui empêche de façon satisfaisante la solution de base (25) de pénétrer de façon sensible dans la mince couche de latex (15).
