Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the pasting of a mounting material such as cloth or the like by a method wherein the mounting material made of the cloth, one side of which is raised and to the other side of which synthetic resin foamed layer is pasted, and basic resin consisting of thermoplastic resin are pressed together under specified forming conditions. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like mounting material 5 produced by pasting a foamed polypropylene sheet 5b as an foamed elastic layer through adhesive on the back surface of a tricot skin layer 5a, which is made of polyester fiber or the like and the surface of which is raised, is placed at the predetermined position of a top force 1. After the sheet-like mounting material 5 is placed on the top force 1, a thermoplastic resin medium layer 6 is charged from a nozzle 3 in between the top force 1 and a bottom force 2. By clamping the molds after said medium layer 6 is placed on the bottom force 2, an integral molding of the skin layer 5a, for which cloth with raised surface is used, and thermoplastic resin is performed.
