Abstract

Umverpackung aus Karton zum Umhüllen wenigstens eines Gegenstandes, mit einer Deckwand, zwei Seitenwänden(2,3) sowie zwei einander wenigstens teilweise überlappenden, den Boden der Umverpackung bildenden Bodenwandabschnitten(4,5), von denen der eine Öffnungen(15) und der andere hakenförmige Verschlußeinrichtungen(8,18,28) aufweist, welche in die Öffnungen zum Verbinden der beiden Bodenwandabschnitte eingreifen, wobei die hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtungen(8) im wesentlichen aus zwei hintereinander angeordneten Teilen(18,28) bestehen, von denen der eine innere(18) über eine Faltlinie(9) am Bodenwandabschnitt(4) angelenkt ist, wobei innerhalb dieser Faltlinie(9) ein bogenförmiger, gegen den Bodenwandabschnitt(4) gerichteter Einschnitt(10) angeordnet ist, der einen nasenförmigen Vorsprung(100) abteilt, und wobei der andere äußere Teil(28) über eine weitere Faltlinie(11) am ersten Teil(18) angelenkt ist, wobei im Bereich dieser zweiten Faltlinie(11) von der Außenseite her beiderseits je eine Aussparung(12,13) vorgesehen ist, und wobei beide Teile(18,28) eine im wesentlichen trapezförmige Gestalt aufweisen, und die Öffnung(15) eine gerade und parallel zur Außenkante(17) des Bodenwandabschnittes(5) verlaufende Begrenzungskante(16) aufweist, an welche sich beiderseits zwei gegeneinander geneigte, nach innen verlaufende Begrenzungskanten(19,20) anschließen, an deren Ende zwei auseinanderlaufende Begrenzungskanten(21,22) angeordnet sind, die durch eine im wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Begrenzungskante(16) verlaufende innere Begrenzungskante(23) verbunden sind, deren beiden Endabschnitte gegen die auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten(21,22) abgeknickt sind, und wobei in Verlängerung dieser beiden auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten(21,22) Schnittlinien(24,25) vorgesehen sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Umverpackung aus Karton zum Umhüllen wenigstens eines Gegenstandes, mit einer Deckwand, zwei Seitenwänden sowie zwei einander wenigstens teilweise überlappenden, den Boden der Umverpackung bildenden Bodenwandabschnitten, von denen der eine Öffnungen und der andere hakenförmige Verschlußeinrichtungen aufweist, welche in die Öffnungen zum Verbinden der beiden Bodenwandabschnitte eingreifen.
  • Aus der EP-PS 0 233 078 ist eine derartige Umverpackung bekannt, bei der zum Eingreifen einer hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtung eine kreissegmentförmige Ausnehmung sowie eine Schlitzanordnung vorgesehen sind. Das Einfädeln der hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtung in diese beiden Aufnahmen ist äußerst kompliziert und aufwendig.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Umverpackung der genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß ein einfaches Einhaken der hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtung möglich ist und trotzdem ein sicherer Verschluß erzielt wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtungen im wesentlichen aus zwei hintereinander angeordneten Teilen bestehen, von denen der eine innere über eine Faltlinie am Bodenwandabschnitt angelenkt ist, wobei innerhalb dieser Faltlinie ein bogenförmiger, gegen den Bodenwandabschnitt gerichteter Einschnitt angeordnet ist, der einen nasenförmigen Vorsprung abteilt, und daß der andere äußere Teil über eine weitere Faltlinie am ersten Teil angelenkt ist, wobei im Bereich dieser zweiten Faltlinie von der Außenseite her beiderseits je eine Aussparung vorgesehen ist, und daß beide Teile eine im wesentlichen trapezförmige Gestalt aufweisen, und daß die Öffnung eine gerade und parallel zur Außenkante des Bodenwandabschnittes verlaufende Begrenzungskante aufweist, an welche sich beiderseits zwei gegeneinander geneigte, nach innen verlaufende Begrenzungskanten anschließen, an deren Ende zwei auseinanderlaufende Begrenzungskanten angeordnet sind, die durch eine im wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Begrenzungskante verlaufende innere Begrenzungskante verbunden sind, deren beiden Endabschnitte gegen die auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten abgeknickt sind, und daß in Verlängerung dieser beiden auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind.
  • Mit einer deratigen Ausgestaltung ist das Verschließen der Umverpackung besonders einfach und ohne großen maschinellen Aufwand zu realisieren.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht.
  • Die Figur zeigt einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt 1, der eine nicht dargestellte Deckwand sowie daran angeformte Seitenwände 2 und 3 aufweist. An jeder der beiden Seitenwände ist ein Bodenwandabschnitt 4 bzw. 5 über eine Faltlinie 6,7 angelenkt. Der Bodenwandabschnitt 4 ist an seinem von der Anlenk-Faltlinie 6 abgewandten Ende mit drei hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtungen 8 versehen, wobei diese Verschlußeinrichtungen 8 über eine Faltlinie 9 angelenkt sind. In der Mitte jeder Verschlußeinrichtung 8 ist diese Faltlinie 9 durch einen bogenförmigen, gegen den Bodenwandabschnitt 4 gerichteten Einschnitt 10 unterbrochen, wodurch ein nasenförmiger Vorsprung 100 gebildet ist. Die Verschlußeinrichtung 8 besteht aus zwei hintereinander angeordneten Teilen 18 und 28, die über eine weitere Faltlinie 11 miteinander verbunden sind. Im Verlauf dieser Faltlinie 11 sind von beiden Außenseiten her Aussparungen 12,13 zwischen den beiden Teilen 18 und 28 der Verschlußeinrichtung 8 vorgesehen. Beide Teile 18 und 28 der Verschlußeinrichtung 8 sind im wesentlichen trapezförmig ausgebildet und dienen zum Eingreifen in Öffnungen 15, die deckungsgleich zu den drei Verschlußeinrichtungen im anderen Bodenwandabschnitt 5 angeordnet sind. Diese Öffnungen 15 weisen jeweils eine Begrenzungskante 16 auf, die parallel zur Außenkante 17 des Bodenwandabschnittes 5 verläuft. An diese Begrenzungskante 16 schließen zwei gegeneinander geneigte, nach innen verlaufende weitere Begrenzungskanten 19,20 an, an deren Enden zwei auseinanderlaufende Begrenzungskanten 21,22 anschließen. Diese beiden auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten 21,22 sind durch eine im wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Begrenzungskante 16 verlaufende innere Begrenzungskante 23 verbunden, deren beiden Endabschnitte gegen die auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten 21,22 hin abgeknickt sind. In Verlängerung dieser beiden auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten 21,22 sind Schnittlinien 24,25 vorgesehen, in welche der äußere Teil 28 der hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtung 8 einzugreifen vermag. Dagegen stützt sich der bogenförmigen Einschnitt 10 mit seinen Endabschnitten 101 und 102 an der äußeren Begrenzungskante 16 im zusammengesteckten Zustand der beiden Bodenwandabschnitte 4 und 5 ab, wobei sich gleichzeitig der nasenförmige Vorsprung 100 an den Bodenwandabschnitt 5 anlegt.

Claims (1)

  1. Umverpackung aus Karton zum Umhüllen wenigstens eines Gegenstandes, mit einer Deckwand, zwei Seitenwänden(2,3) sowie zwei einander wenigstens teilweise überlappenden, den Boden der Umverpackung bildenden Bodenwandabschnitten(4,5), von denen der eine Öffnungen(15) und der andere hakenförmige Verschlußeinrichtungen(8,18,28) aufweist, welche in die Öffnungen zum Verbinden der beiden Bodenwandabschnitte eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hakenförmigen Verschlußeinrichtungen(8) im wesentlichen aus zwei hintereinander angeordneten Teilen(18,28) bestehen, von denen der eine innere(18) über eine Faltlinie(9) am Bodenwandabschnitt(4) angelenkt ist, wobei innerhalb dieser Faltlinie(9) ein bogenförmiger, gegen den Bodenwandabschnitt(4) gerichteter Einschnitt(10) angeordnet ist, der einen nasenförmigen Vorsprung(100) abteilt, und daß der andere äußere Teil(28) über eine weitere Faltlinie(11) am ersten Teil(18) angelenkt ist, wobei im Bereich dieser zweiten Faltlinie(11) von der Außenseite her beiderseits je eine Aussparung(12,13) vorgesehen ist, und daß beide Teile(18,28) eine im wesentlichen trapezförmige Gestalt aufweisen, und daß die Öffnung(15) eine gerade und parallel zur Außenkante(17) des Bodenwandabschnittes(5) verlaufende Begrenzungskante(16) aufweist, an welche sich beiderseits zwei gegeneinander geneigte, nach innen verlaufende Begrenzungskanten(19,20) anschließen, an deren Ende zwei auseinanderlaufende Begrenzungskanten(21,22) angeordnet sind, die durch eine im wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Begrenzungskante(16) verlaufende innere Begrenzungskante(23) verbunden sind, deren beiden Endabschnitte gegen die auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten(21,22) abgeknickt sind, und daß in Verlängerung dieser beiden auseinanderlaufenden Begrenzungskanten(21,22) Schnittlinien(24,25) vorgesehen sind.
