Claims (10)

  1. Vertikale Prallmahlvorrichtung aufweisend:
    einen Einlauftrichter (170), der einen ersten Einlaß für Beschickungsmaterial begrenzt;
    einen Rotor (179);
    wobei der Einlauftrichter derart angeschlossen ist, daß Einlaßbeschickungsmaterial direkt zu dem Rotor gefördert wird und von dem Rotor nach außen in einen Feinzerkleinerungsbereich (180) geschleudert wird;
    gekennzeichnet durch
    einen zweiten Einlaß für in einer Flüssigkeit gefördertes Beschickungsmaterial; und
    eine Umfangsverteilungseinrichtung (172) mit einem ersten Bereich (185), der mit dem zweiten Einlaß in Verbindung steht und um und über dem Rotor angeordnet ist, und einem zweiten Bereich (188), der mit dem ersten Bereich in Verbindung steht, so daß Einlaßbeschickungsmaterial von dem zweiten Einlaß aus dem ersten Bereich in den zweiten Bereich einströmt und dann in den Feinzerkleinerungsbereich hinunterfällt, ohne in den Rotor zu gelangen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, welche im Feinzerkleinerungsbereich mit Scherplatten oder einem Mahlkranz versehen ist.
  3. Mahlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einem Auslaß für zerkleinertes Material und weiter aufweisend:
    einen Klassifikator (25) zum Absondern von zu großem zerkleinertem Material von aus der Prallvorrichtung entnommenem Material;
    eine erste Zuleitung zum Transportieren von zerkleinertem Material von dem Auslaß zu dem Klassifikator; und
    eine zweite Zuleitung (27, 22) zum Zurückführen von abgesondertem, zu großem zerkleinertem Material zu der Prallvorrichtung, wobei die erste und zweite Zuleitung zum Transportieren von zerkleinertem Material in einer Flüssigkeit geeignet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei ein erster Anteil des zu großen zerkleinerten Materials über den ersten Einlaß zu der Prallvorrichtung zurückgeführt werden kann und ein zweiter Anteil des zu großen zerkleinerten Materials über den zweiten Einlaß zu der Prallvorrichtung zurückgeführt werden kann.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei in der zweiten Zuleitung eine Steuervorrichtung, wie ein Ventil (28), vorgesehen ist, wodurch ein Variieren des relativen Volumens des ersten und zweiten Anteils ermöglicht wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, wobei das zerkleinerte Material zu einem Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Tank (43) geleitet wird und der Tank mit einer Einrichtung zum Trennen des zerkleinerten Materials in einen groben Anteil mit relativ großen Partikelgrößen und einen feinen Anteil mit relativ kleinen Partikelgrößen versehen ist, wobei der grobe Anteil zum Eingang der Vorrichtung zurückgeführt wird und der feine Anteil zu einer Klassifiziervorrichtung geleitet wird, um den feinen Anteil in einen ersten Anteil mit Partikeln in gewünschter Größe und einen zweiten Anteil mit zu großen Partikeln, die zum Eingang der Vorrichtung zurückgeführt werden, zu trennen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Flüssigkeit enthaltende Tank mit einer derart einstellbaren Überlaufvorrichtung (45) versehen ist, daß der feine Anteil des zerkleinerten Materials zu einem zweiten Tank geleitet wird, wobei der zweite Tank mit einer Pumpe versehen ist, um Material an die Klassifiziervorrichtung zu liefern.
  8. Vertikale Prallmahlvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorrichtung Mittel zum Verhindern des Ansammelns von zermahlenem, klebrigem Material im Bereich des Rotors aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Vorrichtung zumindest einen Einlaß (202) für Druckluft aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die Innenflächen der Vorrichtung zumindest in einem Teil des Bereiches unterhalb des Rotors derart ausgebildet sind, daß klebriges, zermahlenes Material sich nicht darauf ansammeln kann.
