Claims (10)
- Procédé pour effacer la couche d'adduction d'encre de la surface d'une forme d'impression dont l'image est formée et qui convient pour l'impression offset, et pour rendre hydrophile cette surface, au moyen de la formation répétée de l'image, caractérisé en ce qu'on dirige un jet d'eau (3,13) placé sous pression et exempt de solvant, au moyen d'un dispositif d'effacement (2,11), obliquement sur la surface de la forme d'impression (1,8) sur laquelle l'image est formée, qu'on exécute un déplacement relatif entre la forme d'impression (1,8) et le dispositif d'effacement (2,11) de telle sorte que les éléments d'image (4,10) sont éliminés sur l'ensemble de la surface de la forme d'impression (1,8) et que simultanément la surface de la forme d'impression (1,8) est rendue hydrophile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le retrait de la couche d'adduction d'encre, qui est déposée au moyen du procédé de transfert thermique, à partir de la surface de la forme d'impression (1,11) est facilité par l'action d'une chaleur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le jet (3,13) est maintenu sous une pression qui est supérieure à 5 x 105 Pa (5 bars).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le jet d'eau (3,13) est maintenu à une pression d'environ 107 Pa (100 bars) et que la température de l'eau est réglée à environ 90°C.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on chauffe la forme d'impression (1,8), de sorte que la température atteint, sur sa surface, presque le point de fusion de la substance formant les éléments d'image (4,10).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'effacement (2), qui guide le jet (3) de l'eau sous pression, est guidé ligne par ligne transversalement et longitudinalement sur toute la surface de la forme d'impression (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la forme d'impression (8) est balayée, à l'aide d'un dispositif d'effacement (11), qui s'étend sur toute la largeur de la forme d'impression, au moyen du jet (13) de l'eau sous pression, tandis que la forme d'impression (8) est déplacée en rotation au-dessous du dispositif d'effacement (11).
- Dispositif pour effacer d'une manière répétée la couche d'adduction d'encre de la surface d'une forme d'impression, sur laquelle l'image est formée et qui convient pour l'impression offset, et pour rendre hydrophile cette surface, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'effacement (2,11), qui guide un jet d'eau sans solvant (3,13), est dirigé sur la surface de la forme d'impression (1,8), que le dispositif d'effacement (2,11) possède au moins une buse (6,12), à l'aide de laquelle le jet d'eau (3,13) est envoyé de telle sorte qu'il rencontre obliquement la surface de la forme d'impression (1,8), sur laquelle l'image est formée, et que la forme d'impression (1,8) et le dispositif d'effacement (2,11) peuvent être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'effacement (11) est monté fixe dans la machine d'impression de telle sorte qu'une pulvérisation peut être appliquée sur une zone de la surface de la forme d'impression (8), sur toute sa largeur, à l'aide d'un jet (13), tandis que la forme d'impression (8) peut être déplacée en rotation au-dessous du dispositif d'effacement.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que les buses (12) du dispositif d'effacement (11) possèdent un capot, qui est ouvert en direction de la forme d'impression (8), le capot (14) définissant une chambre de travail (15) et étant pourvu d'une autre ouverture (16) servant à évacuer le jet introduit dans l'espace de travail (15) et le revêtement détaché.
