Claims (6)

  1. Kopf für eine Schleifmaschine mit einer vertikalen Motorwelle (1), die mit einem Bund (2) zum Antreiben eines Gehäuses (3) versehen ist, mit einer Vielzahl von Sektorenhaltern (12), von denen jeder auf eine entsprechende horizontale Welle (9) aufgekeilt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß ein erstes Zahnrad (4) auf die Motorwelle (1) aufgekeilt und ein zweites Zahnrad (5) auf derselben Welle frei laufend und unterhalb des ersten montiert und mit einem Ringnocken (6) mit einer Nut (7) fest verbunden ist, und daß ein Kranz (14) mit Innenverzahnung frei laufend und bezüglich der Motorwelle (1) exzentrisch montiert ist und in besagte Zahnräder (4, 5) eingreift;
    daß weiterhin die horizontale Welle (9) eines jeden Sektorenhalters (12) mit einem ersten vertikalen Bolzen (15), der eine Rolle (8) trägt, die in der Nut (7) des Nockens (6) geführt ist, und mit einem zweiten bezüglich der horizontalen Welle (9) transversalen Bolzen (11) versehen ist, der durch die Welle hindurch verläuft;
    und daß ein Ring (10), der mit dem Gehäuse (3) fest verbunden ist, auf der Welle (9) eines jeden Sektorenhalters (12) montiert und mit zwei länglichen Aussparungen (17) mit helicoidaler Spur versehen ist, die dazu dienen, die Enden des entsprechenden zweiten Bolzens (11) in der Weise zu führen, daß bei der horizontalen Rotation des Gehäuses (3) jeder Sektorenhalter (12) einer hin- und hergehenden Bewegung längs seiner zugehörigen Achse (90) und gleichzeitig einer Oszillationsbewegung um diese Achse (90) unterworfen ist.
  2. Kopf für eine Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übersetzungsverhältnis der Zahnräder (4, 5, 14) in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Frequenz der hin- und hergehenden Axialbewegung und der Oszillationsbewegung der Sektorenhalter (12) veränderbar ist.
  3. Kopf für eine Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aktive Profil des Nockens (6) aus aktiven Sektoren zusammengesetzt ist, deren Zahl mit der Zahl der Sektorenhalter (12) identisch ist, und daß die Hublänge eines jeden dieser Sektoren in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten hin- und hergehenden Axialverschiebung der Sektorenhalter (12) veränderbar ist.
  4. Kopf für eine Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung der länglichen Aussparungen (17) der Ringe (10) bezüglich der Achse (90) der Welle (9) der Sektorenhalter (12) in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten Amplitude der Oszillationsbewegungen der Sektorenhalter (12) um ihre Achse (90) veränderbar ist.
  5. Kopf für eine Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigungsrichtung der länglichen Aussparungen (17) der Ringe (10) von zwei benachbarten Sektorenhaltern (12) gleichlaufend oder entgegengesetzt ist, um eine gleichlaufende oder entgegengesetzte Oszillation der beiden benachbarten Sektorenhalter (12) zu erzielen.
  6. Kopf für eine Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einer veränderlichen Anzahl von Sektorenhaltern (12) ausgerüstet ist.
