Description

ENSEMBLE DESTINE AU MELANGE DE DEUX PRODUITS DIFFERENTS STOCKES SEPAREMENT
La présente invention concerne un ensemble pour le mélange de deux produits différents, qui réagissent ensemble et ne peuvent, par conséquent, pas être stockés au contact l'un de l'autre, et qui doivent être mélangés juste avant emploi.
On peut citer, à titre d' exemple, le cas des teintures d1 oxydation pour cheveux ; dans ce cas, l'oxydant et le colorant doivent être stockés séparément et ne sont mélangés qu'au moment de l'application de la composition tinctoriale sur la chevelure. Les teintures d'oxydation sont actuellement commercialisées dans un emballage contenant un flacon rempli d'oxydant, un tube rempli d'une pâte colorante, et une barquette légère en matériau plastique thermoformé, dans laquelle on mélange l'oxydant et la pâte colorante ; cet emballage contient également, le plus souvent, un pinceau pour le mélange des deux produits dans la barquette et l'application du mélange obtenu, mèche par mèche, sur la chevelure.
Compte tenu du volume de la barquette, les emballages sont volumineux et chers et le conditionnement ne peut être que manuel.
Selon la présente invention, on propose un ensemble pour le mélange de deux produits, pour lequel l'emballage ainsi que le coût de conditionnement sont sensiblement réduits ; pour obtenir ce résultat, on effectue directement le mélange dans l'un des récipients contenant l'un des produits.
La présente invention a donc pour objet un ensemble destiné au mélange de deux produits différents stockés séparément, ledit ensemble comportant deux récipients séparés dont chacun contient un desdits produits, les deux récipients étant susceptibles d'être assemblés pour assurer leur mise en communication, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :
- un premier récipient, dont le contenu peut être chassé sans reprise d'air par pression manuelle, et qui est muni d'un goulot sur lequel est fixé un opercule déchirable, un bouchon amovible étant fixé sur le goulot de façon à protéger l'opercule ; et - un second récipient sensiblement rigide dont le col muni d'un système de fermeture formé de deux parties :
. d'une part, une capsule fixée sur le col dudit second récipient, une ouverture étant ménagée dans ladite capsule et comportant au voisinage de sa bordure un dispositif de perforation, et
. d'autre part, un couvercle amovible fixé sur la capsule pour fermer son ouverture et protéger le dispositif de perforation, le goulot du premier récipient comportant un élément de fixation susceptible de coopérer, après enlèvement du bouchon, avec un élément complémentaire ménagé sur la capsule du premier récipient, pour fixer le premier récipient sur le second récipient, de façon telle que, lors de cette opération, le dispositif de perforation vienne perforer l'opercule.
Le premier récipient est, de préférence, un tube en matériau souple. Le- second récipient, dans lequel l'utilisateur effectue le mélange est, de préférence un pot à large col ayant, par exemple, la forme d'un bol.
Le dispositif de perforation est, de préférence, constitué par une couronne à bord aminci entourant l'ouverture de la capsule, mais pourrait également être constitué par plusieurs couteaux disposés autour de l'ouverture.
L'élément de fixation porté par le goulot du premier récipient est, de préférence, constitué par un filetage porté extérieurement par le goulot, ledit filetage pouvant assurer, en outre, la fixation du bouchon amovible sur le goulot du premier récipient : de cette façon, le filetage du goulot a deux fonctions. Sur la capsule et autour du dispositif de perforation est avantageusement disposée une première jupe cylindrique, dont la paroi interne porte un filetage complémentaire du filetage du goulot du premier récipient pour la fixation du premier récipient sur la capsule du second récipient.
La première jupe cylindrique est avantageusement entourée par une seconde jupe cylindrique coaxiale à la première, ladite seconde jupe portant extérieurement un moyen de fixation complémentaire de celui dont est muni le couvercle, pour la fixation du couvercle sur la capsule. Les première et seconde jupes cylindriques sont séparées par un logement annulaire, qui débouche sur l'extérieur et peut, de préférence, recevoir dans cette zone, lorsque le couvercle est fixé sur la capsule, une jupe d'étanchéité ménagée à l'intérieur du couvercle, sur le fond de celui-ci. Les première et seconde jupes ont, de préférence, sensiblement la même hauteur, le logement annulaire s 'étendant sensiblement sur la totalité de ladite hauteur.
Le col du second récipient est, de préférence, un cylindre de section circulaire et la fixation de la capsule sur le second récipient s'effectue grâce à la coopération d'un filetage porté extérieurement par le bord du second récipient avec un filetage complémentaire porté intérieurement par une paroi cylindrique de révolution de la capsule. La capsule comporte, de préférence, une jupe d'étanchéité coaxiale avec la paroi cylindrique, ladite jupe venant en appui contre la paroi interne du col du second récipient. L'axe de la paroi cylindrique et celui des première et seconde jupes de la capsule sont confondus. L' emballage peut également contenir un agitateur manuel pour le mélange des deux produits ; cet agitateur est, de préférence, constitué par un pinceau : celui-ci permet à la fois de mélanger les produits et d'appliquer le produit mélangé.
L'emballage de l'ensemble selon l'invention peut également contenir, de façon connue, des gants formés par thermosoudage d'une feuille de polyéthylène servant à protéger les mains de l'utilisateur lors de l'application du mélange, ainsi qu'une notice expliquant le mode d'emploi.
L'ensemble selon l'invention fonctionne de la façon suivante : lors de l'utilisation, l'utilisateur enlève le bouchon du premier récipient et le couvercle de la capsule. Il fixe ensuite le premier récipient sur la capsule du second récipient par coopération des deux éléments de fixation. Au cours de cette opération, le dispositif de perforation perfore l'opercule fixé sur le goulot du tube. L'utilisateur presse ensuite manuellement sur les parois du premier récipient : le contenu du premier récipient pénètre par l'ouverture de la capsule dans le second récipient. Lorsque le premier récipient est vide, l'utilisateur sépare la capsule du second récipient. Les deux produits sont alors dans le second récipient, et l'utilisateur les mélange dans ledit second récipient avec un agitateur manuel. Pour mieux faire comprendre l'objet de l'invention, on va en décrire ci-après, à titre purement illustratif et non limitatif, un mode de réalisation représenté sur le dessin annexé. Sur ce dessin : - la figure 1 représente, en élévation avec arrachement partiel, deux récipients d'un ensemble selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente, en élévation avec arrachement partiel, les deux récipients de l'ensemble de la figure I, après assemblage l'un avec l'autre ; - la figure 3 représente, en élévation, la capsule du second récipient surmontée du premier récipient après vidage de celui-ci ;
- la figure 4 représente, en coupe axiale, le second récipient après enlèvement de la capsule, pendant l'opération de mélange.
L'ensemble selon l'invention est conditionné dans un emballage non représenté ; il est constitué principalement d'un tube 2 et d'un pot 3 à large col, qui constituent respectivement les premier et deuxième récipients de l'ensemble selon l'invention. Le tube 2 contient, par exemple, une pâte de colorant d'oxydation et le pot 3 une pâte oxydante. Le tube 2 est un tube à paroi souple 4 fermé à une extrémité par une soudure 5. A l'extrémité opposée à la soudure 5, le tube 2 comporte un goulot cylindrique 6. Sur- le bord du goulot 6 est disposé, un opercule 7 déchirable, qui peut être venu de fabrication avec le tube ou rapporté. Sur la paroi externe du goulot 6 est ménagé un filetage 8. Un bouchon 9 constitué par un fond circulaire portant une jupe cylindrique est fixé sur le goulot 6 grâce à un filetage 10, qui est disposé sur la paroi interne de la jupe cylindrique du bouchon 9 et qui est complémentaire du filetage 8 du goulot 6.
Le pot 3 est un pot cylindrique en matériau plastique rigide. Le pot comporte un fond plat circulaire 11 et une paroi latérale cylindrique 12, dont la partie supérieure (dans la position représentée sur la figure 1) a un diamètre plus faible pour constituer le col 12a_ du pot 3. Ce col 12â comporte un filetage externe 13. Sur le pot 3 est fixé un système de fermeture constitué par une capsule 15 et un couvercle 16. La capsule 15 est constituée par un plateau circulaire 17 en matière plastique moulée, au centre duquel est ménagée une ouverture axiale 18. L'ouverture 18 est bordée par un dispositif de perforation, qui est constitué par une couronne 19 tournée vers l'extérieur du pot 3, dont le bord est aminci de façon à être coupant. Le plateau 17 porte une première jupe 20, qui est située à une distance de la couronne 19 égale, au jeu nécessaire près, à l'épaisseur de la paroi du goulot 6. La jupe 20 a le même axe que l'ouverture 18 et la couronne 19. La paroi interne de cette première jupe 20 porte un filetage 21, qui est complémentaire du filetage 8 du goulot 6 du tube 2. La jupe 20 a une hauteur inférieure à la hauteur du goulot 6 du tube 2 mais voisine de celle-ci. Le plateau 17 porte une seconde jupe cylindrique 28, coaxiale avec l'ouverture 18 et avec la première jupe 20, entourant la première jupe 20 et de même hauteur que celle-ci. La paroi externe de cette seconde jupe 28 porte un filetage 29. Un logement annulaire 40 est ménagé entre les deux jupes
20 et 28 sur toute leur hauteur ; la présence de ce logement facilite le démoulage des jupes filetées. A la périphérie du plateau 17 est disposée une paroi cylindrique 22, tournée vers le pot 3, ayant un diamètre externe égal à celui de la paroi latérale 12 du pot dans sa partie non rétrécie et un diamètre interne égal au diamètre externe du col 12a.. Sur la face interne de cette paroi 22 est ménagée un filetage 24 qui coopère avec le filetage 13 du col 12g du pot 3. Une jupe 23 d'étanchéité coaxiale avec la paroi cylindrique 22 vient en appui contre la paroi interne du col 12a du récipient 3.
Le couvercle 16 est constitué par un fond plat 25 circulaire sur la périphérie duquel est disposée une jupe cylindrique 26. Sur la face intérieure de ladite jupe 26 est ménagé un filetage 27, qui coopère avec le filetage 29 de la jupe 28. Le couvercle porte également une jupe d'étanchéité 30, de même axe que la jupe 26 ; la jupe 30 a un diamètre externe égal au diamètre interne de la seconde jupe 28 et elle se positionne, quand le couvercle 16 est vissé sur la capsule 15, dans la zone du logement 40, qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur.
L'ensemble selon l'invention comprend, en outre, un pinceau 31 qui est conditionné dans le même emballage que les récipients 2 et 3.
L'utilisation de l'ensemble selon l'invention se fait de la façon décrite ci-après. L'utilisateur enlève le bouchon 9 du tube 2 : le goulot 6 n'est plus fermé alors que par l'opercule 7. Il enlève également le couvercle 16 du système de fermeture du pot 3. Il visse ensuite le goulot 6 du tube 2 dans la jupe 20, le filetage 21 de la jupe 20 coopérant avec le filetage 8 du goulot 6. Au cours du vissage, la couronne 19 déchire l'opercule 7 (voir figure 2). Le tube 2 et le pot 3 sont alors en communication par l'ouverture 18 de la capsule 15. L'utilisateur roule alors le tube 2, comme illustré sur la figure 3, et le produit contenu dans le tube 2 passe dans le pot 3, sans qu'il y ait de risques de pertes de produit. L'utilisateur sépare alors du pot 3, par simple dévissage des filetages 13, 24, la capsule 15, sur laquelle reste fixé le tube 2. L'utilisateur peut alors mélanger les deux produits (colorant et oxydant) dans le pot 3 à l'aide du pinceau 31 ; il laisse éventuellement reposer pour développer la couleur et il applique le mélange sur la chevelure à l'aide du pinceau 31.

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Ensemble destiné au mélange de deux produits différents stockés séparément, ledit ensemble comportant deux récipients séparés dont chacun contient un desdits produits, les deux récipients étant susceptibles d'être assemblés pour assurer leur mise en communication, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :
- un premier récipient (2), dont le contenu peut être chassé sans reprise d'air par pression manuelle, et qui est muni d'un goulot (6) sur lequel est fixé un opercule déchirable (7), un bouchon amovible (9) étant fixé sur le goulot (6) de façon à protéger l'opercule (7) ; et
- un second récipient (3) sensiblement rigide dont le col muni d'un système de fermeture formé de deux parties :
. d'une part, une capsule (15) fixée sur le col dudit second récipient (3), une ouverture étant ménagée dans ladite capsule (15) et comportant au voisinage de sa bordure un dispositif de perforation (19), et
. d'autre part, un couvercle amovible (16) fixé sur la capsule (15) pour fermer son ouverture (18) et protéger le dispositif de perforation (19), le goulot (6) du premier récipient (2) comportant un élément de fixation (8) susceptible de coopérer, après enlèvement du bouchon (9), avec un élément complémentaire (21) ménagé sur la capsule (15) du premier récipient (2), pour fixer le premier récipient (2) sur le second récipient (3), de façon telle que, lors de cette opération, le dispositif de perforation (19) vienne perforer l'opercule (7).
2 - Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le premier récipient est un tube (2) en matériau souple.
3 - Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le second récipient est un pot (3) à large col. 4 - Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de perforation (19) est constitué par une couronne à bord aminci entourant l'ouverture (18) de la capsule (15).
5 - Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de fixation porté par le goulot (6) du premier récipient (2) est constitué par un filetage (8) porté extérieurement par le goulot (6), ledit filetage (8) pouvant assurer, en outre, la fixation du bouchon amovible (9) sur le goulot (6) du premier récipient (2).
6 - Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que sur la capsule (15) et autour du dispositif de perforation (19) est disposée une première jupe cylindrique (20), dont la paroi interne porte un filetage (21) complémentaire du filetage (8) du goulot (6) du premier récipient (2).
7 - Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la première jupe cylindrique (20) est entourée par une seconde jupe cylindrique (28) coaxiale à la première, ladite seconde jupe portant extérieurement un moyen de fixation (29) complémentaire de celui, dont est muni le couvercle (16).
8 - Ensemble selon la revendication (7), caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de fixation porté extérieurement par la seconde jupe cylindrique (28) est un filetage (29), le couvercle (16) étant de révolution autour d'un axe.
9 - Ensemble selon l'une des revendication 6 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les première et seconde jupes cylindriques (20, 28) sont séparées par un logement annulaire (40), qui débouche sur l'extérieur et peut recevoir dans cette zone, lorsque le couvercle (16) est fixé sur la capsule (15), une jupe d'étanchéité (30) ménagée à l'intérieur du couvercle (16), sur le fond de celui-ci.
10 - Ensemble selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les première et seconde jupes (20, 28) ont sensiblement la même hauteur, le logement annulaire (40) s'étendant sensiblement sur la totalité de ladite hauteur.
11 - Ensemble selon l'une des revendication 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le col du second récipient (3) est un cylindre de section circulaire et la fixation de la capsule (15) sur le second récipient (3) s'effectue grâce à la coopération d'un filetage (13) porté extérieurement par le bord du second récipient (3) avec un filetage complémentaire (24) porté intérieurement par une paroi cylindrique de révolution (22) de la capsule (15). 12 - Ensemble selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fût que la capsule (15) comporte une jupe d'étanchéité (23) coaxiale avec la paroi cylindrique (22), ladite jupe (23) venant en appui contre la paroi interne du col du second récipient (3).
13 - Ensemble selon les revendications 7 et 11 prises simultanément, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe de la paroi cylindrique (22) et celui des première et seconde jupes (20, 28) de la capsule (15) sont confondus.
14 - Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble comporte, en outre, un agitateur (31) manuel pour le mélange des deux produits dans le second récipient (3).
