Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour la modification de fours de craquage pour le craquage thermique d'hydrocarbure avec une zone de rayonnement et une zone de convection, dans lequel les fours de craquage sont fixés par des charpentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux fours de craquage existants sont réunis en une seule unité constructive,
    a) dans laquelle les zones de convection des fours de craquage existants sont démontées et les zones de rayonnement sont agrandies à la hauteur de construction des charpentes existantes des fours de craquage initiaux,
    b) dans laquelle les charpentes existantes des fours de craquage initiaux sont étendues, dans et/ou au-dessus de la région intermédiaire entre les fours de craquage initiaux par une charpente supplémentaire reliant les fours de craquage, et
    c) dans laquelle les zones de convection des fours de craquage sont incorporées dans cette charpente érigée en supplément.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de convection commune à plusieurs fours de craquage est incorporée dans la charpente érigée en supplément dans et au-dessus de la région intermédiaire entre les fours de craquage initiaux.
  3. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tubes de craquage de la zone de rayonnement orientés horizontalement dans les fours de craquage initiaux sont remplacés par des tubes de craquage orientés verticalement.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des refroidisseurs à injection sont raccordés aux tubes de craquage conduisant hors de la zone de rayonnement des fours de craquage.
