Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une partie de modèle de coulée (5, 6) pour un premier élément d'un élément constitutif, pouvant être composé de plusieurs éléments, par division d'un modèle complet (1) de l'élément constitutif dans la zone d'au moins un plan de joint (4), dans lequel, avant la séparation, au moins un évidement (2, 3) est pratiqué dans le modèle complet (1), au moins une surface de référence (7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15), située dans le plan de joint (4), de la partie de modèle (5, 6) du premier élément étant constituée par la surface de délimitation de l'évidement, et dans lequel, le modèle complet (1) est ensuite divisé en ménageant une fente traversante (9), le plan de joint (4) passant entre les surfaces de séparation du côté modèle complet (10, 11) de celle-ci, et les zones des surfaces de référence (7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15) étant exclues de cette opération.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel on forme sur chacune des parties de modèle (5, 6), qui sont contiguës avant la division du modèle complet (1), en ménageant respectivement au moins un évidement (2, 3) dans le modèle complet (1), au moins respectivement une surface de référence (7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15), située dans un plan de joint (4), de la partie de modèle (5, 6) correspondante.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
       dans lequel, par l'exécution de plusieurs évidements (2, 3) dans le modèle complet (1), un nombre correspondant au nombre des évidements (2, 3), de chaque fois trois surfaces de référence (7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15) situées dans un plan de joint (4), est formé pour chacune des parties de modèle (5, 6).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
       dans lequel les évidements (2, 3) sont réalisés sous la forme d'entailles qui s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement à un plan de joint (4).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
       dans lequel respectivement deux surfaces de référence (7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15) de parties de modèle (5, 6), contiguës avant la division du modèle complet (1), sont disposées l'une à côté de l'autre sans écartement, le long d'un plan de joint (4).
  6. Modèle complet (1) pour la constitution de parties de modèle (5, 6) pour des éléments d'un élément constitutif composé de plusieurs éléments, par division du modèle complet (1) de l'élément constitutif dans la zone d'au moins un plan de joint (4), ce modèle présentant au moins un évidement (2, 3), qui est situé dans la zone d'un plan de joint (4) et par une surface de délimitation duquel est formée une surface de référence, située dans le plan de joint (4), d'une partie de modèle (5, 6).
