Abstract

Panneau (10) atténuant le bruit comprenant un élément présentant une partie avant destinée à être exposée au bruit devant être atténué, cette partie avant étant constituée ou comprenant une zone avant renforcée qui comprend la partie avant et qui est réalisée dans un matériau composite perméable et poreux formé à partir d'un matériau matriciel thermoplastique renforcé par un ou plusieurs matériaux de renforcement non thermoplastiques. La zone avant est de préférence produite par frittage du matériau composite à partir de poudre. Les matériaux de renforcement peuvent se présenter sous forme de particules discrètes, et comprennent une poudre, des microsphères ou des microballons, ou bien encore ils peuvent se présenter sous forme de fibres qui peuvent être discontinues, ou de fibres à filament continu. La zone avant renforcée peut prendre la forme d'un élément constitutif qui fait face au panneau comprenant un élément constitutif de base comportant un réseau de cellules. Dans un autre mode d'exécution, le composant comprend une structure à cellules ouvertes qui inclut la zone avant.
