- This closure part contains a closure carrier consisting of a central zone and two lateral tabs, the rotatable closure element of a central closure being attached to the tongue and being connected to the lateral tabs by a cable.
- the rotatable closure element of the central closure is arranged on the tongue of the shoe which is designed in the usual way, the cable pull being in engagement with two lateral supports which are arranged on the lateral shaft parts adjoining the tongue.
- the invention has for its object to develop a shoe of the type mentioned in such a way that its manufacture is simplified and made cheaper.
- the first exemplary embodiment of the invention shows a shoe which is preferably suitable as a leisure shoe and has a closed shaft 1 (the "shaft” here means the entire flexible part of the shoe body located above the shoe sole 2).
- the closure system of this shoe essentially consists of three parts, namely the central closure 3, a first bandage 4 carrying the central closure 3 and a second bandage 5.
- the central closure 3 contains a rotatable closure element 3a and a cable 3b which can be actuated by means of this closure element 3a and which closes the flexible shaft 1 via the two lateral bandages 4 and 5.
- the central closure 3 is arranged on the bandage 4 provided laterally on the outside of the shoe.
- This bandage 4 contains - as can be seen in particular in FIG. 4 - a first guide element 6 in its rear region which has a rectangular recess 6a which serves to receive the free end 7a of a tensioning part 7 of the second bandage 5 which surrounds the heel region of the shaft 1 .
- the first bandage 4 carrying the central closure 3 also contains in its front region a second guide element 8 which has a recess 8a which serves to receive the free end 9a of a tensioning part 9 of the second bandage 5 which surrounds the instep region of the shaft 1.
- the two guide elements 6 and 8 are arranged in an approximately straight extension of the cooperating clamping parts 7, 9 of the second drum 5.
- the first bandage 4 carrying the central closure 3 also contains an obliquely forward-pointing fastening part 10 which is connected to the shaft 1 in the lower region. It is in Fig.2 by means of the dashed Line 11 marks the locations at which the first bandage 4 is preferably firmly connected to the shaft 1, namely in the region carrying the central lock 3 and in the lower region of the fastening part 10.
- the part of the bandage 4 forming the second guide element 8 is likewise how the upper region of the fastening part 10 adjoining this to the front is not firmly connected to the shaft.
- the second bandage 5 contains, following the already mentioned tensioning part 9 running over the instep area of the shaft, a fastening part 12 which runs obliquely to the rear and a fastening part 13 which points obliquely to the front (see FIG. 3), both in their lower region are firmly connected to the shaft 1.
- the attachment points are identified by the dashed lines 14 and 15.
- the already mentioned tensioning part 7, which encloses the heel region of the shaft 1, belongs to the second bandage 5.
- it is designed as a separate element and connected to the remaining part of the second bandage 5 via a swivel joint 16.
- the openings for receiving an eyelet forming the swivel joint 16 are designated in the illustration according to FIG. 4 by the reference symbols 17a and 17b.
- the cable 3b is fixed at one end in the rear area of the first bandage 4 (fastening point 18, see FIG. 4).
- the cable 3b then runs through a groove 7a 'in the free end 7a of the tensioning part 7.
- the cable 3b then emerges from the recess 6a of the first guide element 6 and into the recess 8a of the second guide element 8.
- There the cable 3b runs through a corresponding groove 9a 'in the free end 9a of the tensioning part 9.
- the second end of the cable 3b is fastened to the cable drum of the rotatable locking element 3a.
- At least the ends 7a, 9a of the two tensioning parts 7, 9 of the second bandage 5, the guide elements 6 and 8 of the first bandage 4 and the area of the first bandage 4 carrying the central closure 3 are expediently made of plastic, unless the Bandages are made entirely of plastic.
- the first bandage 4 provided on the outside of the shaft thus serves as a carrier for the central closure 3 and, on the other hand, encloses part of the midfoot.
- the second bandage 5 fastened to the inside of the shaft grips the remaining part of the midfoot; from here, part of the bandage 5 (namely the tensioning part 9) runs over the instep, while another part, namely the tensioning part 7, is guided around the heel.
- the shaft 1 encloses the user's foot with a uniform pressure which can be set to the desired value.
- the central lock 3 can be easily removed from the bandage 4 and replaced if necessary.

- the cable 3b thus runs from the rotatable closure element 3a of the central lock 3 via the free end 7a of the tensioning part 7 of the bandage 5 and via the three deflection elements 21, 22, 23 to the fastening point 24.
- the cable 3b thus becomes the bandage 5 pulled to the bandage 4 so that the shaft 1 'encloses the foot of the user with adjustable pressure.

- the second bandage 5 carries a first and a third deflection element 31 or 33 for the cable pull.
- the cable 3b thus runs from the rotatable closure element of the central lock 3 via the four deflection elements 31, 32, 33, 34 to the attachment point 35.
- the second bandage 5 does not contain a clamping part 7 which surrounds the heel region of the shaft (like the two exemplary embodiments explained above). Accordingly, the rear guide element 6 of the exemplary embodiments explained above also ceases to exist.
- FIG. 7 shows, as a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, a children's shoe in which the central closure 3 arranged on the first bandage 4 is provided centrally on the shaft 1.
- the cable 3b connecting the central closure 3 with the second bandage 5 is here designed as a simple, short loop.
- Appropriately designed grooves 37 are provided in the bandage 5 for receiving the cable 3b.
- the two bandages 4 and 5 are expediently connected to the shaft 1 only in the lower region of their fastening attachments (approximately along the line 38, 39).
