Claims (10)
- Machine pour meuler et affiler des lames en général comprenant un châssis de support qui est doté d'une plaque frontale et d'une plaque arrière supportant au moins deux arbres dont chacun porte une meule, lesdits arbres étant arrangés de sorte que leurs axes sont parallèles et mutuellement éloignés en causant une pénétration partielle desdites meules dans lesdites zones mutuellement opposées, un dispositif d'entraînement étant mis en oeuvre pour provoquer la rotation desdits arbres respectivement autour de leurs axes et dans des sens de rotation contraires, ledit dispositif d'entraînement comprenant des courroies de transmission dentées s'engrenant dans des pignons reliés auxdits arbres pour le mouvement rotatif opposé desdites meules, caractérisée en ce que lesdites meules et leurs arbres sont montés, de manière à pouvoir tourner, entre ladite plaque frontale et ladite plaque arrière.
- Une machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine comprend un premier pignon et un second pignon qui sont respectivement fixés sur les arbres portant les meules, une courroie dentée étant menée par lesdits pignons laquelle est aussi menée par un troisième pignon supporté par un troisième arbre auquel est reliée une meule auxiliaire, ladite courroie dentée étant entraînée par un pignon menant relié à un mécanisme d'entraînement.
- Une machine selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit mécanisme d'entraînement est supporté par une plaque coulissante reliée audit châssis de support et dotée de fentes allongées permettant le déplacement de ladite plaque pour tendre ladite courroie.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface desdites meules a un profil plat.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites meules ont un profil hélicoïdal.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profil hélicoïdal desdites meules est arrondi à ses extrémités axiales.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine comprend aussi une plaque-guide avec une encoche arrangée entre lesdites meules et adaptée à définir la localisation de la lame destinée à être meulée et affilée.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite plaque-guide est dotée d'un évidement en proximité de ladite meule auxiliaire, mis en place pour y introduire des ciseaux et d'autres objets de ce genre.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites meules sont recouvertes d'égrisé.
- Une machine selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites meules sont recouvertes par des substances connues dans le commerce sous la dénomination commerciale de «Borazon».
