Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur vorübergehenden Absperrung einer Straße, eines Weges oder einer Zufahrt und/oder zum Anzeigen eines bestimmten Ortes mit zu beiden Seiten der Straße oder des Weges oder der Zufahrt positionierten Hohlstangen (1) ,dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jede Stange (1) zwei am Kopfende angeordnete Umlenkrollen (2a, 2b) und eine am Fußende angeordnete Rückholrolle (3), sowie ein Seil aufweist,wobei das Seil (4) manuell oder von einem beliebigen Punkt, jedoch vorzugsweise von einer Stange (1) aus ferngesteuert oder programmgesteuert motorisch betätigbar istund von einer Stange (1) zur anderen geführt ist und eine Seilführung zum Ziehen von zwei Griffen (5) bildet, von denen jeder mittels einer Schlaufe (7) mit einem Ende eines Bandes (6) verbunden ist, das seinerseits jeweils im Inneren jeder Stange (1) geführt und über einen beweglichen Umlenkwinkol (8) ziehbar ist, undan seinem anderen Ende mit einem Gewicht (9) zur Sicherung seines Rücklaufs versehen ist,wobei das Band (6) mittels eines Flaschenzugs oder nicht mittels eines Flaschenzugs betätigbar oder aufgerollt ist,daß die Stangen (1) einerseits von unten nach oben geschlitzt sind, um die Griffe (5) und die Schlaufe (7) des Bands (6) nach Art einer Kulissenführung gleiten zu lassen, undandererseits mit einer oder mehreren Öffnungen ausgestattet sind, durch die das Seil (4) zugänglich und manövrierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Seil (4) und das Band (6) ganz oder teilweise an die Stange (1) angrenzend und/oder außerhalb der Stange (1) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in oder auf einem vorhandenen oder zu schaffenden Träger, wie beispielsweise einer Konsole angeordnet ist, daß die Rollen (2 und 3) und der Umlenkwinkel (8) auf dem Träger betestigt sind, und daß ein(e) oder mehrere zusätzliche Rolle(n) derart angeordnet sein können, daß sie ein beliebiges Profil für das Seil (4) und die Bänder (6) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bie 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Stange (1) aus einem oder mehreren, vorzugsweise extrudierten Profilelementen mit mehreren Abschnitten gebildet ist, von denen zwei zu beiden Seiten eines Schlitzes für den Durchgang des Seils (4) angeordnet sind, und ein drittes, geschlossenes profilelement das Band (6) und das Gewicht (9) abschirmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (1) einen vertikal angeordneten Arm (10) aufweist, der auf einer an der Stange (1) befestigten horizontalen Achse (11) gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei dieser Arm (10) eine auf seiner Achse drehbewegliche Abdeckung (12) aufweist, die in der Nähe der Achse (11) positioniert ist,daß das Seil (4) frei in dieser Abdeckung (12) beweglich ist und die eine Rolle (3) das Element zun Rückholen des Arms (10) in seine Ausgangsposition bildet,und daß ein Widerlager zur Stabilisierung der horizontalen Lage des Arms (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bie 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Kopfende der Stange (1) eine Fahne zur Ankündigung des Absperrvorgangs vorgesehen ist, deren Betätigungsmittel ähnlich denen des Arms (10) ausgebildet sind, daß diese Fahne rund und von orangener oder roter Farbe, vergleichbar einer Ampel, sein kann, und daß sie in der Ruheposition durch die stange (1) verdeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Enden des Seils (4) mit einem Gewicht ausgestattet und gehemmt sind, daß die Gewichte als Sand enthaltende Behältnisse oder als schwenkbare Sanduhren oder als Wasserreservoir ausgebildet sind, wobei das Wasser aus einem Auffangbehälter stammt, der mit Leitungsoder mit Regenwasser versorgt wird, und daß die Bedienung durch Schwenken der Sanduhr oder durch Entlastung des Wasserroservoirs erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzliches Band vorgesehen ist, das die beiden Griffe (5) verbindet.
- Verwendung einer oder mehrerer Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch die in Bezug auf die Straße, den weg oder den Zugang senkrechte oder diagonale Montage, um die Benutzer eines Fußgängerüberweges (Zebrastreifen) oder eines Zugangs oder einer anderen Straße zu schützen, wobei die Montage oberhalb oder unterhalb des Weges, der Straße oder der Zufahrt oder auf dem Weg, der Straße oder der Zufahrt oder oberhalb und unterhalb von letzteren durchgeführt wird.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Absperren einer großen Straße mit oder ohne Verkehrsinseln zwei Vorrichtungen oberhalb eines Schutzübergangs errichtet werden, daß das Seil (4) diesen beiden Vorrichtungen gemeinsam zuordenbar ist und eine gleichzeitige Betätigung erlaubt, daß der Übergang eine Straße sein kann, und daß die Kinematik des Seils (4) eine synchrone Betätigung mehrerer Vorrichtungen zwecks gleichzeitigem oder wechselweisem öffnen und/oder Schließen erlaubt.
