Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lubricant based on amines and, if appropriate, customary diluents or auxiliaries or additives, which comprises at least one secondary and / or tertiary amine and / or salts of such amines.
- the invention further relates to the use of such lubricants as chain lubricants in the food industry.
- the lubricants according to the invention are used here for the lubrication, cleaning and disinfection of automatic chain and belt lubrication systems which are used for filling foodstuffs, preferably beverages, in glass and plastic bottles, cans, glasses, barrels, beverage containers (KEG ), Paper and cardboard containers and the like are used.
- plate conveyor belts or other conveyor systems are usually used for the transport of the corresponding vessels, which are lubricated with suitable aqueous lubricant preparations via immersion lubrication systems or more recently also via automatic belt lubrication systems and kept clean.
- Soap-based lubricant preparations continue to be dependent on water temperature.
- Soap-based lubricants have only a low storage stability, especially at low temperatures.
- the EDTA ethylenedia intetraacetate contained in many products is known to be poorly biodegradable.
- Such soap-based lubricant preparations are not suitable for all plastic transport goods, since in many cases stress corrosion cracking occurs on the transport goods when these agents are used.
- DE-OS 36 31 953 describes a method for lubricating chain-shaped bottle conveyor belts in beverage bottling plants, in particular in breweries, and for cleaning the belts using a liquid cleaning agent, which is characterized in that the chain-shaped bottle conveyor belts are neutralized with belt lubricants primary fatty amines, which preferably have 12 to 18 carbon atoms and contain an unsaturated fraction of more than 10%, lubricate and clean the bottle conveyor belts with cationic cleaning agents, namely quaternary ammonium compounds such as alkyltrimethylammonium, dialkyldimethylammonium and alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chlorides or organic acids .

- the lubricants according to the invention show a very good mikrob 'izide effectiveness, as shown by the performed Suspensi ⁇ onstests DVG (German Veterinary Medical Society) will be shown:
- Test germ germ concentration density 0.33 0.066 0.033 0.0066
- Germ count concentration 0.33%
- the lubricants according to the invention can combine the advantages of the soap-free lubricants (irrespective of water quality) with those of the lubricants based on primary amines (cleaning and disinfection).
- the disadvantages, in particular the regular removal of precipitation, can be prevented with these lubricants according to the invention.
- Friction coefficient: ⁇ 0.11, foaming behavior ⁇ 0
