Claims (5)
- Récipient-palette comprenant une palette (1), une enceinte extérieure (2) et un récipient interne en plastique (3), qui est positionné dans l'enceinte extérieure (2) et placé sur la palette (1), la palette (1) comportant une goulotte de réception (5) périphérique pour l'enceinte extérieure (2), dans laquelle l'enceinte extérieure (2) est positionnée avec son bord inférieur (6), le bord inférieur (6) de l'enceinte extérieure (2) étant fixé dans la rainure de réception (5) par des languettes de maintien (7), caractérisé en ce que les languettes de maintien (7) formées de façon séparée comportent au voisinage des extrémités de languettes, des ouvertures d'arrêt (11), dans lesquelles des éléments d'arrêt (12) de la palette (1) s'engagent et fixent la position prévue des languettes de maintien (7) dans des poches de réception (10) de la palette (1).
- Récipient-palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la palette (1) est réalisée de façon à pouvoir être déformée élastiquement au voisinage des éléments d'arrêt (12), en ce que dans l'état non déformé de cette zone de la palette, les éléments d'arrêt (12) libèrent les ouvertures d'arrêt (11) des languettes de maintien (7), et en ce que les éléments d'arrêt (12) peuvent être enfoncés dans les ouvertures d'arrêt (11) lorsque le récipient interne (3) est plein, sous l'effet du poids du corps de remplissage et de la déformation élastique des zones (13) de la palette (1) aptes à être déformées élastiquement.
- Récipient-palette selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la palette (1) présente un plan d'ensemble carré ou rectangulaire - avec des angles arrondis - et en ce que les languettes d'arrêt (7) et/ou les poches de réception (10) sont disposées le long des côtés du plan d'ensemble.
- Récipient-palette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la palette (1) est assemblée à partir de deux coquilles en matière plastique formées par emboutissage profond, dont la partie inférieure comporte des pieds de palette et dont la partie supérieure comporte la goulotte de réception (5) périphérique, et en ce que les poches de réception (10) sont formées par des ouvertures, d'une part de la coquille en matière plastique inférieure, et d'autre part de la coquille en matière plastique supérieure, lesdits ouvertures se complétant sous la forme de poches de réception (10).
- Récipient-palette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la palette (1) est formée en matière plastique, en particulier en matière plastique recyclée thermoplastique.
