Abstract

Eine Verpackungsschachtel zur Aufnahme mehrerer zerbrechlicher länglicher Gegenstände (1), wie Fläschchen, Ampullen oder dergleichen, hat einen Gefacheinsatz (20) mit wenigstens einer Trennwand (21). Um zusätzlich in der Faltschachtel eine Broschüre (2) übersichtlich und leicht zugänglich unterzubringen, ist parallel zu einer breiten Seitenwand (11) der Faltschachtel eine Zwischenwand (25) angeordnet, an die die Trennwände anschließen und die zusammen mit der einen breiten Seitenwand eine Tasche bildet.

Description

    Stand der Technik
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungsschachtel für mehrere längliche Gegenstände, wie Fläschchen, Ampullen, Vials oder dergleichen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Eine beispielsweise aus der EP-A-441 757 bekannte Faltschachtel hat, um die verpackten Ampullen aus Glas vor Bruch zu schützen, einen Gefacheinsatz mit mehreren Trennwänden, die Kammern für die einzelnen Ampullen bilden. Für viele verpackte Stoffe ist es wesentlich, für Medikamente unabdinglich, daß zusammen mit den Medikamenten eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Form eines Faltblatts oder einer Broschüre mitgeliefert wird. Bei jeweils nur einem in einer Faltschachtel verpackten Gegenstand ist das Faltblatt U-förmig um den Gegenstand gelegt und in der Faltschachtel untergebracht. Bei Mehrstückpackungen mit einem Gefacheinsatz ist eine solche Anordnung schwierig. Es ist daher eine Verpackungsschachtel für mehrere längliche Gegenstände erstrebenswert, in der auch ein Begleittext übersichtlich und leicht zugänglich untergebracht werden kann.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsschachtel mit den im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen hat den Vorteil, daß ohne großen Aufwand eine gesonderte Ablage des Begleittextes in Form eines Faltblattes oder einer Broschüre vorhanden ist. Außerdem fällt bei dieser Anordnung der Begleittext beim Öffnen der Verpackungsschachtel sofort ins Blickfeld und ist einfach und getrennt von einem Gegenstand zu entnehmen, sowie nach Gebrauch genauso einfach wieder unverlierbar in der Schachtel unterzubringen.
  • Durch die in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführten Maßnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Verpackungsschachtel möglich.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen Figur 1 eine Faltschachtel mit Gefacheinsatz, einseitig geöffnet in schaubildlicher Ansicht und Figur 2 die Faltschachtel nach Figur 1 im Längsschnitt.
  • Die aus Karton oder Pappe bestehende, quaderförmige Faltschachtel hat einen Rumpf 10 mit zwei parallelen Breitseitenwänden 11, 12 und zwei parallelen Schmalseitenwänden 13, 14 sowie an diesen Seitenwänden angelenkte Verschlußlaschen 15 bis 18 zum Verschließen der Öffnungen des Rumpfes 10 in bekannter Weise. Die Faltschachtel ist in Figur 1 mit einer verschlossenen und einer unverschlossenen Öffnung dargestellt.
  • Die zum Verpacken mehrerer, beispielsweise fünf, zerbrechlicher Gegenstände 1, wie Fläschchen, Ampullen, Vials oder dergleichen bestimmte Faltschachtel hat zum Verhindern des Aneinanderschlagens der Gegenstände 1 einen Gefacheinsatz 20 mit mehreren, beispielsweise vier Trennwänden 21, die in zu den Schmalseitenwänden 13, 14 parallelen Ebenen verlaufen und je ein Fach für jeden Gegenstand 1 abteilen. Zum Unterbringen eines Begleittextes in Form eines Faltblatts 26 hat die Faltschachtel zusätzlich eine Zwischenwand 25 aus Karton oder Pappe, die sich quer zu den Trennwänden 21 und parallel zu den Breitseitenwänden 11, 12, erstreckt. Sie verläuft in einem Abstand von 2 bis 5 mm parallel zu einer (11) der beiden Breitseitenwände 11, 12, erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite der Faltschachtel und bildet zusammen mit der naheliegenden Breitseite 11 eine Tasche zum Aufnehmen des Faltblatts 2.
  • Die Trennwände 21 sind mit der Zwischenwand 25 und mit der einen die Fächer begrenzenden Breitseitenwand 12 durch angelenkte Lappen 22, 23 verbunden. Die Zwischenwand 25 und die Trennwände 21 erstrecken sich nur über einen Teil der Länge der Faltschachtel, so daß die Gegenstände 1 und das Faltblatt 2 von der Gebrauchs-Öffnungsseite her übersichtlich und ohne Hindernis greifbar angeordnet sind. Vorzugsweise sind die Trennwände 21 zur Zwischenwand 25 hin abgeschrägt.

Claims (4)

  1. Verpackungsschachtel für mehrere längliche Gegenstände mit zwei breiten Seitenwänden, zwei schmalen Seitenwänden und mit zwei von Laschen gebildten Endverschlüssen, sowie mit einem nebeneinanderliegende Fächer bildenden Gefacheinsatz mit wenigstens einer parallel zu den schmalen Seitenwänden ausgerichteten Trennwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer parallelen Ebene einer der breiten Seitenwände (11, 12) und nahe einer (11) dieser Seitenwände eine Zwischenwand (25) angeordnet ist, an die die Trennwand (21) anschließt und die zusammen mit der naheliegenden breiten Seitenwand (11) eine Tasche bildet.
  2. Verpackungsschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (21) an der Zwischenwand (25) angelenkt ist.
  3. Verpackungsschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Zwischenwand (25) über einen Teil der Länge der Schachtel erstreckt.
  4. Verpackungsschachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Faltschachtel mit die Öffnungen deckenden Verschlußlappen (15, 16, 17, 18) ausgebildet ist.
