Definitions

  • the invention relates to a concrete container for introducing concrete into formwork, in particular into sliding formwork, consisting of an upwardly open container with a downwardly tapering lower part with an outlet opening and an adjoining distribution hose, the container possibly being received by a supporting frame and has suspension means with which the concrete container can be attached to a hoist and a piece of pipe is provided between the outlet opening of the container and the distribution hose.
  • concrete containers (DE-OS 21 36 365) are used to fill formwork with concrete when erecting a building.
  • this concrete container has an outlet opening with an outlet channel and with a slide flap which can be actuated by means of a pivoted lever.
  • the concrete container attached to a hoist is placed on the side of a concrete transporter and loaded with concrete via a filling trough.
  • the lifting device lifts the concrete container filled in this way and carries it to the point at which the concrete is to be introduced into the formwork.
  • the man standing by at this point actuates the lever to open the slide flap and the concrete slips due to his own weight through the outlet opening and over the discharge channel into the formwork.
  • the accessibility of a formwork is very much impaired if the formwork is designed as a sliding formwork, as is preferably used in the construction of tower-like structures.
  • Such formwork is shown, inter alia, in AT-PS 395 742.
  • the formwork or formwork sections hang on supporting yokes, which usually carry working platforms on both sides of the masonry to be erected, and of course the formwork itself.
  • reinforcing bars protrude at a considerable height upwards (title page "Concrete and reinforced concrete construction", issue 10 / 92 / 87th century).
  • these distribution hoses are usually 6 - 7 m long and have a diameter of approx. 20 cm.
  • the distributor hose is therefore completely filled with concrete in this case and therefore extremely heavy, so that usually two people have to be used to operate the mouthpiece of the distributor hose, which has been tried and tested with the slide valve.
  • the above reinforcing bars in this rough operation as is the case on a construction site, will also injure and tear open the distribution hose, in which case full concrete container, the contents of which would empty onto those below. This is a mass weighing several tons.
  • the invention now aims to construct a concrete container so that all the disadvantages shown can be avoided, which is achieved according to the invention in that a motor-driven screw is mounted in this piece of pipe and the one serving to drive the screw Motor is attached to the container or its support frame. This makes it possible to work practically with an empty and therefore light hose and to manipulate it when it comes to laying the hose mouth and then controlling the concrete supply with the screw.
  • the axial length of the screw corresponds to the axial length of the pipe section or is slightly longer than this, the upper part of the screw can protrude into the container and thereby ensure the flow of the concrete especially when relatively dry concrete has to be processed.
  • a, preferably double-curved support beam lying in its diameter plane is fastened, in the central region of which the motor is flanged and the drive shaft passes through the container in the center and the pipe section is aligned with the vertical central axis of the container , the entire cross-section of the container can be coated with wings attached to the drive shaft, and also its entire inner height.
  • actuators are provided in the region of the mouth of the distribution hose for controlling the power source and / or the motor driven by it, so that the operator who the mouth of the distribution hose also manipulates the motor and can thus serve the delivery of concrete from the container.
  • the motor-driven screw serves not only as a means of transport, but also at the same time as a closure element for the outflow opening of the container if the average pitch of the screw is selected so that the concrete in the container is prevented from flowing out when the screw is at a standstill.
  • the average pitch of the screw is expediently an angle of less than 45 °, for example 30 °.
  • the diameter of the outlet opening, the hose and the mouth is less than 20 cm, for example 15 cm.
  • the container 1 of the concrete container has an upper, here essentially cylindrical part 2 and a downwardly tapering lower part 3 with an outlet opening 4.
  • Posts 5 and crossbars 6 form a support frame 7 with which the concrete container can be parked on the floor.
  • a piece of pipe 8 is flanged, to which a flexible distribution hose 9 is attached.
  • a bearing star 10 is fixed, in which the one end of a screw 11 is rotatably mounted, the length of which is somewhat greater than the length of the pipe section 8, so that this screw 11 with its upper end in the Lower part 3 of the container protrudes.
  • the drive shaft 12 passing through the container here is connected in terms of drive to a motor 13 which is flanged onto a double-curved support beam 14 which in turn lies in a diameter plane of the cylindrical, upper part 2 and is fastened to the edge of this part.
  • a generator 15 is mounted within the support frame 7 and supplies the energy required to drive the motor 13.
  • the generator 15 and / or the motor 13 can be controlled via an actuator 16 in the region of the mouth 17 of the flexible distributor hose 9.
  • the mean slope of the screw 11 is selected so that the concrete in the container 1 is prevented from flowing out when the screw is stopped.
  • the average pitch of the screw 11 is expediently less than 45 °, for example it is 30 °.
  • the distribution hose 9 is several meters long, for example 6-7 m.
  • a grip ring 18 can be fastened in the region of the mouth opening 17, with and by means of which this mouth end can be manipulated.
  • the hose is also empty when the screw 11 is at a standstill and can therefore be manipulated without any particular effort.
  • the stationary screw also serves as a shut-off device, so that a previously required slide valve and the associated lever mechanism can be saved.
  • the motor 13 is expediently covered by a protective hood 19 and thus secured against mechanical damage.
  • the motor is flanged onto the support bar 14.
  • the motor it would be possible to store the motor inside the container 1, directly above the end of the screw 11, a corresponding support star having to be provided for its storage, which is supported on the outside on the inner wall of the lower part 3. In this case the motor should be completely enclosed.
  • the supporting frame 7 could be dispensed with.
  • the generator 15 would be stored on a bracket provided on the container 1.
  • the possibility of parking the container is limited, which is useful when the container is filled or has to be parked in some other way.
  • the screw 11 is dimensioned relatively short, short to the entire height of the container 1, it would be quite conceivable for this screw to also run through the entire container.
  • the generator 15 or the motor 13 is controlled via a line 20 (the line connecting the motor and generator is not shown here for the sake of simplicity), then it is within the scope of the invention to also use a wireless control, that is to say one To provide radio control. It is also possible to replace the generator with rechargeable batteries.
