Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour enrouler des bandes (12), arrivant à travers un dispositif de découplage (11) à partir d'une unité de traitement, sur des bobines (7) formées de préférence d'un corps de bobine perdu, pourvu de flasques sur les deux côtés, dispositif qui est constitué d'une amenée de bande (2) avec un dispositif d'avance (3) et de coupe (4) de bande, d'un canal d'amenée (13) destiné à l'acheminement consécutif et pouvant être amené à pivoter entre les flasques de la bobine, d'une réception de bobine pour l'enroulement (5), pourvue d'un entraînement de bobine (8), ainsi que d'une arrivée de ruban de papier qui retire un ruban de papier (14) d'un rouleau de ruban de papier (15) et le fait passer entre les bandes (12) à enrouler,
    caractérisé en ce que la réception de bobine pour l'enroulement est un panneau horizontal de glissement/roulement (5) portant des rouleaux guides (10) pour guider latéralément les flasques de bobine et un rouleau entraîneur (8) agissant latéralement sur ces flasques, panneau sur lequel sont disposés d'une part l'amenée de bande (2) avec le dispositif d'avance (3) et de coupe (4) de bande ainsi que le dispositif de découplage (11), et d'autre part l'arrivée de ruban de papier (14, 15, 16), que le panneau de glissement/roulement (5) est divisé et ses parties (5a/5b) peuvent être écartées l'une de l'autre d'une distance correspondant au diamètre extérieur de la bobine (7), et que les bobines (7) sont disposées horizontalement au-dessus et au-dessous de la réception de bobine pour l'enroulement (5).
  2. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bobines vides (21) sont logées dans un réservoir de bobines (20) au-dessus de la réception de bobine pour l'enroulement (5) et qu'un dispositif de séparation (19), laissant passer les bobines une à une, est prévu entre la réception de bobine pour l'enroulement (5) et le réservoir de bobines (20).
  3. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une palette relevable (18) est placée sous la réception de bobine pour l'enroulement (5).
  4. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de papier (14) de l'arrivée de ruban de papier est guidé à travers un bras guide (16) pouvant être amené à pivoter entre les flasques de la bobine et maintenant le ruban de papier (14) par des buses à dépression.
  5. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un distributeur de colle (17), délivrant une colle au ruban de papier (14) est placé entre le rouleau de ruban de papier (15) et le bras guide (16).
  6. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs rouleaux de ruban de papier (15) juxtaposés et/ou superposés.
  7. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découplage (11) est un système de rouleaux agencé horizontalement et comportant un rouleau danseur (22).
  8. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découplage (11) est un système de rouleaux agencé verticalement et comportant un rouleau danseur (22).
