Abstract

Um auch von der Form her komplizierte Gegenstände einwandfrei und ohne Vereinzelung in einer Verpackung zu halten, wobei die Verpackung mit wirtschaftlich geringem Aufwand herstellbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß eine Verpackung 1 für Gegenstände 2, bestehend aus miteinander verbundenen Teilen, zwischen denen der Gegenstand 2 angeordnet ist und wobei das eine Teil eine mit einer Aufnahmetasche zum Umschließen das Gegenstandes 2 versehene Kunststoffolie 6' ist, dahingehend zu verbessern, daß der erste Teil eine ebene, umgeformte Kunststoffolie ist, und daß der zweite Teil eine mit einer genau der äußeren Oberflächenkontur des Verpackungsgutes entsprechenden Ausbauchung versehene Kunststoffolie 6' ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Gegenstände, bestehend aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Teilen, zwischen denen der Gegenstand angeordnet ist und wobei das eine Teil eine mit einer Aufnahmetasche zum Umschließen des Gegenstands versehene Kunststoffolie ist.
  • Derartige Verpackungen für Gegenstände zu deren Aufbewahrung, Lagerung, Transport und Präsentation, beispielsweise an Verkaufsständern in Form der sogenannten Blister, sind hinlänglich bekennt. Sie bestehen grundsätzlich aus zwei Teilen, zwischen denen der Gegenstand angeordnet ist. Bei dem einen Teil handalt es sich üblicherweise um einen Karton, welcher die Produktinformationen trägt und der die Rückwand der Verpackung bildet. Auf diesem ebenen Kartonzuschnitt ist dann eine durchsichtige Kunststoffolie befestigt, beispielsweise aufgeklebt. Zum Umschließen des zu verpackenden Gegenstandes ist diese Kunststoffolie entsprechend mit einer Aufnahmetasche versehen.
  • Ein Nachteil bei diesen bekannten Verpackungen ist, daß komplizierte Gegenstände nicht gehalten werden können, beispielsweise Naßrasierapparate, sowie der dazugehörige Behälter und der dazugehörige Spender für die Rasierklingeneinheiten. Die Folge davon ist, daß die in der Verpackung enthaltenen Gegenstands nicht ihre Position beibehalten und somit innerhalb der Verpackung hin- und herwandern. Dies kann bei zusammengesetzten Gegenständen dazuführen, daß diese sich in ihre Einzelteile auflösen, so daß der erwünschte Präsentationscharakter gestört ist. Darüber hinaus klappern die Gegenstände unerwünscht stark in der Verpackung bei Bewagung.
  • Im Stand der Technik wurden bereits verschiedene Lösungen vorgeschlagen. Beispielsweise schlägt die DE-OS 37 00 688 vor, aus Zwei durchsichtigen Verpackungshälften eine Verpackung vorzusehen, wobei jede Hälfte Taschen in wesentlichen von der Gestalt des Produktes aufweist, die aus der Ebene der jeweiligen Restverpackungshälfte einstückig vorstehen. Es werden also halbschalenförmige Kunststoffolien gebildet, die an den Rändern miteinander verklebt werden und den zu verpackenden Gegenstand einschließen. Einerseits ist diese Verpackung bei der Herstellung aufwendig und somit teuer, andererseits gewährleistet sie nicht, daß sich insbesondere zusammengesetzte Gegenstände nicht in ihre Einzelteile auflösen. Weiterhin ist diese Verpackungsart hinsichtlich Transport, Lagerung und Display nachteilig.
  • Weiterhin ist in dem DE-GM 90 14 877 vorgeschlagen, daß eine Verpackung für Gegenstände aus zwei miteinander zu verbindenden Folien besteht, welche beide entsprechend der Form des Gegenstandes profiliert sind. Gemäß diesem Gebrauchsmuster werden in beiden Folien Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen derart gebildet, daß die einzelnen Profilierungsbereiche der Kunststoffolien den Gegenstand an ganz bestimmten Stellen und in ganz bestimmten Positionen festhalten, was ein Verrutschen oder Vereinzeln des Gegenstands verhindert. Diese Lösung ist zwar hinsichtlich des Verrutschens und Vereinzelns vergleichsweise sicher, jedoch müssen beide Folien ausgeformt werden, was vergleichweise aufwendig und damit unwirtschaftlich ist. Weiterhin können für die Weiterverarbeitung der Verpackung nur bestimmte Maschinen herangezogen werden.
  • Davon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Verpackung zu schaffen, die einerseits von der Form her komplizierte Gegenstände einwandfrei und ohne Vereinzelung hält, andererseits mit wirtschaftlich geringem Aufwand herstellbar ist.
  • Als technische Lösung wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß der erste Teil eine ebene, ungeformte kunststoffolie ist, und der zweite Teil eine mit einer genau der äußeren Oberflächenkontur des Verpackungsgutes entsprechenden Ausbauchung versehene Kunststoffolie ist.
  • Eine nach dieser technischen Lehre ausgebildete Verpackung hat den Vorteil, daß die darin enthaltenen Gegenstände sicher in ihren Positionen gehalten werden, ohne daß die Gefahr besteht, daß die Gegenstände innerhalb der Verpackung bei einer Bewegung verrutschen, oder daß zusammengesetzte Gagenstände sich in ihre Einzelteile auflösen. Dies gilt insbesondere für von der Form her komplizierte Gegenstände, wie Naßrasierapparate mit dem dazugehörigen Halter und einem Spender für die Rasierklingeneinheiten. Durch eine entsprechende Ausbauchung einer der beiden Kunststoffolien werden die Gegenstände nach allen Seiten hin sicher gehalten. Die Profilierung der Kunststoffolie muß dabei im. wesentlichen derart sein, daß die Profilierung exakt der Kontur der Oberfläche des Geganstandes entspricht. Weiterhin ist die Herstellung der Verpackung ohne großen Aufwand möglich, da eine der beiden Folien ein völlig unausgeformter Zuschnitt ist, so daß die Verpackung wirtschaftlich günstig hergestellt werden kann.
  • Der besondere Vorteil der Erfindung gegenüber den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verpackungen besteht darin, daß auch komplizierte Gegenstände, die aus einer Vielzahl von Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt sind, ohne daß die Einzelteile aneinander unlösbar befestigt sind, nach dem Produktionsvorgang in ihrer Gebrauchsposition ineinandergesteckt verpackt werden, gelagert und über den gesamten Vertriebsweg bis in die Verkaufsstätten transportiert werden können. Der Anwender sieht in der Verpackung eine Kombination mehrere Gegenstände in ihrer Gebrauchsposition, wobei ein ordentlicher Eindruck durch die besondere Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung gewährleistet wird. Ein Verrutschen der Teile gegeneinander oder gar eine Demontage der Einzelteilkombination sind ausgeschlossen. Aufgrund des einfachen Aufbaus der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung kann diese in einem auch mit hoher Geschwindigkeit laufenden Produktionsprozeß verwendet werden, wobei gleichzeitig der beschriebene Vorteil der unverrutschbaren Einzelteilkombination in Gebrauchsposition erzielbar ist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird die Ausbauchung durch mehrere unterschiedlich ineinander übergehende Volumina gebildet. Bei insbesondere zusammengesetzten Gegenständen weisen diese in ihrem zur Verpackung vorgesehenen Aufschichtungszustand im Verbund eine sehr komplizierte Außenkontur auf, die durch mehrere unterschiedliche ineinander übergehende Volumina als Negativ in der auszubauchenden Folie nachgebildet wird.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung ist in den zweiten Teil ein am Rand vor der Verbindungskante umlaufender Absatz eingeformt. Durch diese Maßnahme entsteht zwischen den ebenen Flächen der beiden Kunststoffolien ein flacher Raum, durch welchen beispielsweise Herstellungstoleranzen oder Modellvariationen ausgeglichen werden können.
  • Schließlich wird in einer Weiterbildung der Verpackung vorgeschlagen, daß zusätzlich zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien ein Karton oder dgl. angeordnet ist. Dieser Zusätzlicher Karton oder dgl. dient dabei der Aufnahme von Produktinformationen. Die beiden Kunststoffolien der Verpackung bestehen demgegenüber vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff. Dies gilt insbesondere für diejenige Kunststoffolie, welche die vordere Abdeckung definiert. Die hintere Kunststoffolie, welche die Rückseite der Verpackung bildet, kann aber auch aus gefärbtem Kunststoff bestehen.
  • Die Ausbauchung oder Profilierung der einen Kunststoffolie ist somit derart, daß auch ein komplizierter, beispielsweise zusammengesetzter Gegenstand in der Verpackungsanordnung von dieser Folie so abgedeckt wird, daß alle von in Verpackungslage oben oder den Seiten erreichbaren Oberflächen durch die Folie abgetastet werden.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung für Gegenstände wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:

  • In den Zeichnungen ist eine Verpackung 1 Zur Aufbewahrung, Transport, Lagerung und Präsentation eines Gegenstandes 2 dargestellt. Bei diesem Gegenstand handelt es sich um einen Naßrasierapparat 3 mit einem dazugehörigen Halter 4, in den der Rasierapparat 3 eingehängt ist, sowie mit einem Spender 5 für Rasierklingeneinheiten für den Naßrasierapparat 3. Der kastenförmige Spender 5 ist dabei in eine schlitzartige Ausnehmung im Basisteil des Halters 4 hineingesteckt.
  • Die Verpackung 1 besteht aus zwei Kunststoffolien 6, 6' aus durchsichtigem Material, welche aneinanderliegen und randseitig miteinander befestigt sind. Diese Befestigung kann beispielsweise durch Verkleben erfolgen. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, bildet dabei die eine Kunststoffolie 6 die im wesentlichen ebene Rückwand der Verpackung 1, während die andere Kunststoffolie 6' bauchig ausgebildet ist und der Aufnahme des Gegenstandes 2 dient. Die hintere Kunststoffolie 6 ist dabei im wesentlichen vollkommen eben ausgebildet.
  • Zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien 6, 6' ist zusätzlich noch ein Karton 7 angeordnet, der eben an der hinteren Kunststoffolie 6 anliegt und der Aufnahme von Produktinformationen dient.
  • Der Gegenstand 2 ist, wie ausgeführt, zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien 6, 6' der Verpackung 1 gehalten. Um ein Verrutschen des Gegenstandes zu verhindern, ist dieser derart gehalten, daß er nach allen Seiten hin abgestützt ist. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Kunststoffolie 6 ein ungeformter, im wesentlichen ebener Zuschnitt. Die Kunststoffolie 6' hat eine Ausbauchung, welche im wesentlichen kongruent den Oberflächenkonturen, in Verpackungslage von oben und den Saiten gesehen, folgt. Die Teile werden dabei in wesentlichen klapperfrei und vor allem unverrückbar in ihren Positionen gehalten, wenn sie zwischen den an den Stellen 9 verklebten Folien eingebracht sind. Entsprechende Toleranzen oder Modellvariationen können mit einem im wesentlichen umlaufenden Absatz 8 in der Folie 6' ausgeglichen werden.
  • Derart profilierte Kunststoffolien 6' lassen sich problemlos durch Tiefziehen herstellen.

Claims (4)

  1. Verpackung (1) für Gegenstände (2), bestehend aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Teilen, zwischen denen dar Gegenstand (2) angeordnet ist und wobei das eine Teil eine mit einer Aufnahmetasche zum Unschließan des Gegenstandes (2) versehene Kunststoffolie (6') ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der erste Teil (6) eine ebene, ungeformte Kunststoffolie ist, und daß der zweite Teil eine mit einer genau der äußeren Oberflächenkontur des Verpackungsgutes entsprechenden Ausbauchung versehene Kunststoffolie (6') ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbauchung durch mehrere unterschiedliche ineinander übergehende Volumina gebildet ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kunststoffolie (6') einen am Rand vor der Verbindungskante (9) umlaufenden Absatz (8) aufweist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zwischen den beiden Kunststoffolien (6, 6') ein Karton (7) oder dgl. angeordnet ist.
