Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for cleaning a Oven muffle with one arranged on the front of the oven Opening, with a muffle bottom, with muffle side walls and a muffle back wall.
- Such an arrangement is known from document DE-A-2842771.
- Ovens are already known in which both the below the muffle arranged radiator as well as the one above the muffle arranged radiators next to the jaws or other preparation of food in the muffle also for a so-called catalytic self-cleaning of the muffle is used becomes.
- the interior of the muffle is high Brought temperature (> 550 ° C) to contaminated areas to remove the muffle inner walls.
- This catalytic self cleaning is with a number of Disadvantages connected.
- the catalytic requires Self-cleaning, as already mentioned, a relatively high temperature. This temperature should be chosen so that on the one hand the desired cleaning effect can be achieved, that on the other hand also damage or a gradual Destruction of the interior of the oven is avoided.
- the catalytic self-cleaning requires a high amount of energy and is also part of it connected to the further disadvantage that the oven during cleaning during a cannot be used for a relatively long time.
- This time consists of the Time together in which the operating temperature is formed from the time of the actual one Cleaning and finally from the time it takes to put the oven back on Cool down temperature, which allows safe operation of the oven.
- the invention is based on the object Arrangement of the type mentioned to indicate a cleaning of Oven muffles made possible with only a small amount of energy.
- This object is achieved by an arrangement which is characterized in that the oven muffle in its bottom area a tub for holding a Has detergent of at least 400 ml and that this detergent below this tub if necessary heating radiator is arranged.
- the arrangement according to the invention is characterized by a comparatively simple one mechanical construction of the oven muffle in the area in which in particular large amounts of contamination occur. Impurities such as dripping down Fat, dough, etc. accumulate particularly in the base area of the muffle.
- the arrangement according to the invention makes it possible to dispose of a cleaning agent in the floor area any one Allowing time to take effect without the impurities to remove manually during this period.
- the muffle base is arranged after the exposure time treated manually, whereby dissolved in the detergent Contamination and any remaining cleaning agent comparatively easy to remove.
- Floor pan for a volume of approx. 0.7 l to 0.8 l detergent equipped, 0.4 l of detergent in this floor pan are in each cleaning process a common household oven muffle with average pollution appropriate.
- the cleaning agent introduced into the arrangement according to the invention for example a soapy water can cause contamination at the prevailing, relatively low temperature, so solve without supplying high amounts of energy. Furthermore can be provided during the cleaning agent the exposure time, e.g. In the range of four minutes, too heat. On the one hand, this shortens the period in where the impurities are solved, on the other hand - especially with continuous supply of heat of vaporization over a period of about 16 to 20 minutes - the detergent evaporates and thus also reaches the mold side walls and the muffle top. This way Contamination also in these areas of the oven muffle remove.
- the detergent is in this case on a only comparatively low operating temperature of around 50 to heat to 70 ° C, so that compared to the catalytic Self-cleaning uses only a small amount of energy.
- the oven and especially the muffle is covered by this Temperature that is well below the maximum operating temperature, z.3. for certain baking and roasting processes is not impaired. According to the comparatively small Temperature for cleaning becomes one for cleaning only takes a short time, so that the oven accordingly use for a long time for its intended use leaves.
- a further advantageous embodiment is characterized in that that the tub through the muffle floor, through the Muffle side walls and the muffle back wall in the area of the muffle bottom as well as a separate, connectable to the muffle Wall is formed.
- This wall is, for example from a metallic plate that, if necessary, into the Muffle is used in the floor area.
- the tub will in this embodiment, essentially by the actual muffle (muffle floor, side walls, rear wall) and formed only by an additional element. With that the Achieved advantage of a low use of materials.
- a further advantageous embodiment is characterized in that that the separate wall is magnetic with the Muffle is connectable. So there are none on the muffle mechanical changes to provide the separate wall to record.
- the separate wall can in particular simply connect with or out of the muffle to solve.
- the muffle shown in Figure 1 is in an electric oven arranged. However, the arrangement according to the invention is generally used in connection with ovens.
- the muffle M is cuboid. It is to the front the oven is open and consists of a muffle base MB, from muffle side walls SL and SR, a muffle rear wall MR and a muffle blanket MD.
- the oven muffle M has a tub in its base area W for the inclusion of a cleaning agent R.
- the tub W is shown schematically in Figure 1, the dashed Line represents the top edge of the tub W.
- the height the tub W and the height of the muffle M can have other proportions have as shown in Figure 1.
- the wall MW shown in FIG. 2 exists, for example from a piece of sheet metal that is inserted into the muffle or arranged on the outside of the muffle in the area of the opening becomes.
- Wall MW and muffle can be magnetized in particular connect with each other.
- the wall MW shown in Figure 2 can also by a Permanent magnetic strips can be formed. Such permanent magnetic strips are used as closing and sealing elements, e.g. used as door seals for refrigerators.
- a cleaning agent R (FIG. 1) is, for example Soapy water or an enamel cleaner is used.
- the detergent can be arranged below the muffle, heaters and not shown in the figures be evaporated. This can be the radiator, which is the bottom heat for the baking or roasting processes that can be carried out in the oven generated.
- the evaporation temperature is, for example 50 to 70 ° C.
- the evaporated cleaning agent dissolves impurities on the Sidewalls and on the ceiling of the muffle. Any more remaining impurities are relatively easy to manually remove.
