Description
Claims (2)
- Wärmeerzeuger für Warmwasserbereitung und Heizungsbetrieb, bestehend aus einem im wesentlichen zylindrischen, vertikalen Behälter (1) mit Kalt- und Warmwasseranschlüssen (2, 3) und mit einer Heizeinrichtung, gebildet aus einer gebläsebrennerbestückten, im Behälter (1) angeordneten Heizgasführung (5), die aus einem bis in den oberen Bereich (1') des Behälters (1) vertikal erstreckten Teil (I) und aus einem sich daran anschließenden, im unteren Bereich (1'') des Behälters (1) aus diesem herausgeführten und eine in bezug auf den Teil (I) wesentlich größere Wärmetauschfläche aufweisenden, aus einer schraubenlinienförmig gewendelten Leitung (9) bestehenden Teil (II) gebildet ist, wobei im wesentlichen die untere Hälfte (H) des Teils (I) als in Bezug auf die Leitung (9) erweiterte Brennkammer (6) ausgebildet und in dieser der Brenner (7) mittig und vertikal nach oben orientiert angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im oberen Bereich (1') des Behälters (1) über den beiden Teilen (I, II) ein wärmeträgerführender Wärmetauscher (8) angeordnet und dieser in Form einer planspiralig gewickelten Tasche (8') ausgebildet ist, deren Durchmesser (D2) im wesentlichen dem Innendurchmesser (D1) der aus der Leitung (9) gebildeten Wendel entspricht, wobei die Heizungsvor- und -rücklaufanschlüsse (4, 4') der gewickelten Tasche (8') aus dem oberen Bereich (1') des Behälters (1) herausgeführt sind und der untere Teil (6') der erweiterten Brennkammer (6) unterhalb des Teiles (II) der Leitung (9) angeordnet ist und einen Größtdurchmesser (D) aufweist, der im wesentlichen ebenfalls dem Innendurchmesser (D1) der aus der Leitung (9) gebildeten Heizgaszugwendel entspricht. - Wärmeerzeuger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der untere Teil (6') der erweiterten Brennkammer (6) im Querschnitt halbkugelförmig ausgebildet und an diesen ein sich nach oben verjüngender Teil (6'') angeschlossen ist.
