Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Flintenläufen, wobei ein Rundrohr (1) als Rohteil mittels eines Drückwalz-Verfahrens bearbeitet wird, derart,a) daß in das Rundrohr (1) ein Dorn (2) eines Drückwalz-Werkzeugs (3) mit einer polierten und glatten Oberfläche eingeschoben wird, wobei der Außendurchmesser des Dorns (2) dem Innendurchmesser des gewünschten fertigen Rohres entspricht und der Dorn (2) an seinem äußeren Ende eine Abschrägung (5) aufweist, die dem Choke" an der Mündung eines Flintenlaufs entspricht,b) daß mit Drückrollen bzw. Drückwalzen (4) spezieller Geometrie das Rundrohr (1) verdichtet, die Wanddicke reduziert, die Länge vergrößert und dabei die Außenkontur des Rohres (1) gefertigt wird undc) daß nach dem Drückwalzen das fertige Rohr (1) partiell überdreht und abgelängt wird.
