Claims (14)

  1. Chaussure de ski étanche à l'eau, améliorée, comportant une coque (2, 102, 202) ayant des volets de recouvrement (3, 103, 203, 4, 104, 204, 304, 404, 504, 604, 704, 303, 403, 503, 603, 703), au moins un desdits volets ayant une patte déformable élastiquement (6, 106, 206, 306, 406, 506, 606, 706) qui est au moins partiellement pliée en direction de l'autre volet de sorte qu'une extrémité ou bord libre de ladite patte interagit avec l'autre desdits volets lorsque les volets sont mutuellement ouverts et de telle sorte que la patte se déforme élastiquement lorsque les volets sont mutuellement fermés.
  2. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un premier volet (3) et un second volet (4) qui peuvent se recouvrir mutuellement, ladite au moins une patte (6) étant formée sur un bord latéral (5) dudit premier, ou dudit second volet, ladite patte étant pliable d'une manière déformable élastiquement en direction dudit second volet, ou dudit premier volet.
  3. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (6) est formée sur le bord latéral (5) dudit premier volet (3) et peut être pliée d'une manière élastiquement déformable vers l'intérieur de ladite coque en direction dudit second volet (4).
  4. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (6) forme un angle aigu avec la surface latérale intérieure (7) dudit premier volet (3).
  5. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité libre de ladite patte (6) interagit d'une manière élastiquement déformable avec la surface latérale extérieure dudit second volet (4).
  6. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lorsque les volets sont fixés, ladite patte peut être partiellement ou entièrement reçue dans un siège adapté (8) formé longitudinalement par rapport audit second volet (4).
  7. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la patte (106, 206) est formée sur le bord latéral (105, 205) dudit second volet (104, 204) et peut être pliée d'une manière élastiquement déformable vers l'extérieur de ladite enveloppe (102, 202) en direction dudit premier volet de recouvrement (103, 203).
  8. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (106) forme un angle aigu avec la surface latérale extérieure (109) dudit second volet (104) et son bord extérieur interagit avec la surface latérale intérieure (107) dudit premier volet (103).
  9. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (206) forme un angle obtus avec la surface latérale extérieure (209) dudit second volet (204) et son bord extérieur interagit avec la surface latérale intérieure (207) dudit premier volet (203).
  10. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits volets (303, 304, 403, 404, 503, 504, 603, 607) sont associés à ladite coque (302, 502, 602) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation (333, 433, 533).
  11. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (506, 606) est agencée sur ledit volet (503, 604) à distance du bord (605) dudit volet.
  12. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (6, 106, 206, 306) est agencée au bord (5, 105, 205, 305) dudit volet.
  13. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier volet (703) comporte ladite patte (706), ledit second volet (704) ayant un bord (705) muni d'un élément de bordure (707).
  14. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte est formée venue de matière avec l'un au moins desdits volets.
