Claims (8)
- Kolbenpumpe zum Liefern von Kraftstoff an Dieselmotoren bei Kraftfahrzeugen im allgemeinen, umfassend:- ein Pumpengehäuse (1), das durch eine Befestigungseinrichtung (27) an dem Motor (29) befestigt wird und einen Zylinder umfaßt,- einen Kolben (4), der in den Zylinder gleitet und den Zylinder in zwei Kammern unterteilt, eine erste obere Kammer (22) und eine zweite untere Kammer (24); wobei der Kolben (4) mit mindestens zwei Löchern (26) für die Überleitung des Kraftstoffs von der ersten Kammer (22) an die zweite Kammer (24) versehen ist;- einen ersten Einlaßanschluß (23) zum Einlaß des Kraftstoffs aus einem Tank;- einen zweiten Auslaßanschluß (25) für die Abgabe des Kraftstoffs von der zweiten Kammer (24) an den Motor;- eine Steuerstange (3), die in dem Pumpengehäuse (1) gleitet, zwischen einer Motornocke und dem Kolben (4) angeordnet ist und die Drehbewegung der Nocke in eine geradlinige Bewegung des Kolbens (4) überführt;- ein erstes Einlaßventil (5a), das den Kraftstoffeinlaß von dem Einlaßanschluß (23) in die erste Kammer (22) ermöglicht;- ein zweites Auslaßventil (5b), das mit dem Kolben (4) verbunden ist, um den Kraftstoffauslaß von der ersten Kammer (22) zu ermöglichen, wobei der Raum der ersten Kammer (22) zwischen dem ersten Ventil (5a) und dem zweiten Ventil (5b) vorgesehen ist, und- eine Druckfeder (6), die zwischen dem ersten Ventil (5a) und dem zweiten Ventil (5b) angeordnet ist, und auf die Ventile (5a,5b) drückt und deshalb auf den Kolben (4),dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Dämpfer (7) zwischen dem Kolben (4) und der Steuerstange (3) angeordnet ist, wobei der Dämpfer (7) an dem Ende (3') der Steuerstange (3) befestigt und mit einem Flansch (7') versehen ist. - Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erste Einlaßventil (5a) und das zweite Auslaßventil (5b) auf derselben Achse angeordnet sind. - Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der erste Einlaßanschluß (23) auf einem Deckel (2) des Pumpengehäuses (1) angebracht ist. - Kolbenpumpe nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie eine Einspritzhandpumpe (20) umfaßt, die parallel zu der Steuerstange (3) und dem Kolben (4) angeordnet ist. - Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erste Einlaßventil (5a) und das zweite Auslaßventil (5b) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. - Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Einspritzhandpumpe (20) orthogonal zur Steuerstange (3) und dem Kolben (4) angeordnet ist. - Kolbenpumpe nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Dämpfer (7) aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht. - Gebrauch der Kolbenpumpe nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zum Liefern von Biodiesel und arktischem Dieselkraftstoff.
