Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Destillation von Luft, umfassend:- (A) einen Luftverdichtersatz (1), dessen Auslaß mit einem Auslaßanschlußstutzen (11) verbunden ist;- (B) zwei Flaschen (2A, 2B) zur Reinigung von Luft durch Adsorption, die Einlaß-/Auslaßanschlußstutzen (12A, 12B) aufweisen;- (C) ein erstes Gestell (13), in dem angeordnet sind: (a) die Zubehörteile stromab des Verdichters, wie eine Anordnung (14, 17) zur Vorkühlung von Luft; (b) die Zubehörteile der Reinigungsflaschen, wie eine Anordnung aus Ventilen und eine Anwärmeinrichtung (18) für Rückgewinnungsgas; und (c) die Verbindungsleitungen der vorstehend erwähnten Zubehörteile mit ihren Sicherheitseinrichtungen und ihren automatischen und/oder ferngesteuerten Ventilen, wobei diese Leitungen gegebenenfalls in Anschlußstutzen (15, 22A, 22B, 23) zur Verbindung mit anderen Teilen (1, 2A, 2B, 4) der Vorrichtung enden, und die entsprechenden Überwachungs-, Steuer- und Ablesevorrichtungen (21);- (D) ein zweites Gestell (31), in dem angeordnet sind: (d) die Hauptwärmetauscher (24) und die Tiefkühlvorrichtungen (25); (e) die Anordnung der kalten Zubehörteile, wie die Tieftemperaturventile und gegebenenfalls die Tieftemperaturpumpen (26) und die Entspannungsturbinen (27); und (f) die Verbindungsleitungen der in dem zweiten Gestell angebrachten Elemente mit ihren Sicherheitseinrichtungen und ihren automatischen und/oder ferngesteuerten Ventilen, wobei diese Leitungen gegebenenfalls in Anschlüssen (29, 30) zum Anschluß an andere Teile (3, 5) der Vorrichtung enden, und die entsprechenden Überwachungs-, Steuer- und Ablesevorrichtungen (28), wobei die kalten Teile thermisch isoliert sind;- (E) eine Destillationskolonne (5) für Luft, die mit einer bestimmten Anzahl an Anschlüssen (33) für die Zufuhr und den Austritt von Fluiden ausgestattet ist; und- (F) Verbindungsrohre (6) zwischen den zusammengehörenden Anschlüssen (11-15, 12A-22A, 12B-22B, 23-29, 30-33) der Teile (A) bis (E) der Vorrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Gestell (13, 31) die Gesamtheit der Überwachungs-, Steuer- und Ablesevorrichtungen (21, 28) in einer in dessen unterem Teil gelegenen, seitlichen Kammer in sich vereinigt, wobei die beiden Kammern einander gegenüberliegen und einen Arbeitsplatz (35) für eine Bedienungsperson umgeben.
- Vorrichtung zur Destillation von Luft, umfassend:- (A) einen Luftverdichtersatz (1), dessen Auslaß mit einem Auslaßanschlußstutzen (11) verbunden ist;- (B) zwei Flaschen (2A, 2B) zur Reinigung von Luft durch Adsorption, die Einlaß-/Auslaßanschlußstutzen (12A, 12B) aufweisen;- (C) eine Destillationskolonne (5) für Luft, die mit einer bestimmten Anzahl an Anschlüssen (33) für die Zufuhr und den Austritt von Fluiden ausgestattet ist;- (D) ein Gestell (113), in dem alle oder praktisch alle anderen Elemente der Vorrichtung mit ihren Verbindungsleitungen, die mit ihren Sicherheitseinrichtungen und ihren automatischen und/oder ferngesteuerten Ventilen ausgestattet sind, angebracht sind, wobei diese Leitungen gegebenenfalls in Anschlüssen (15, 22A, 22B, 30) zum Anschluß an die anderen Teile (1, 2A, 2B, 5) der Vorrichtung enden, wobei die kalten Teile thermisch isoliert sind; und- (E) Verbindungsrohre (6) zwischen den zusammengehörenden Anschlüssen (11-15, 12A-22A, 12B-22B, 30-33) der Teile (A) bis (D) der Vorrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (113) die Gesamtheit der Überwachungs-, Steuer- und Ablesevorrichtungen (121) in einer in dessen unterem Teil gelegenen, seitlichen Kammer (34) in sich vereinigt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rohr (19) zum Ableiten des Restgases der Kolonne (5) ins Freie in dem Gestell (113) oder in zumindest einem (13) der beiden Gestelle (13, 31) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Verbindungsrohre (6) gerade verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolonne (5) vakuumisoliert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolonne (5) eine Doppel-Destillationskolonne für Luft ist, die eine Mitteldruckkolonne, auf der eine Niederdruckkolonne sitzt, umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsflaschen (2A, 2B) in dem Gestell (113) oder zumindest in einem der beiden Gestelle (13, 31) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftverdichtersatz (1) in dem Gestell (113) oder in dem ersten Gestell (13) angebracht ist.
