Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour sécher des produits se trouvant sur une bande transporteuse (14) en mouvement, notamment les parties gommées d'enveloppes (2), avec lequel on utilise de l'air chaud qu'un générateur de courant d'air (7) aspire par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur thermique (10, 11) et achemine vers une boîte de distribution (5) qui s'étend de manière mobile au-dessus de la bande transporteuse (14) dans son sens longitudinal et comporte au niveau du dessous (15), des fentes à air (16) pour assurer une répartition uniforme de l'air chauffé. Afin de réaliser un dispositif de ce type qui puisse être utilisé de manière sûre et optimale par des non-spécialistes et que l'on puisse le cas échéant, lui adjoindre une commande automatique, sans avoir recours à une technique de commande compliquée, il est suggéré que la boîte de distribution (5) relevable depuis une position d'espacement fixe au-dessus de la bande transporteuse (14), comporte au niveau de ses deux grands côtés (20) des jupes (27) dirigées vers la bande transporteuse (14). Il est suggéré que le réglage de l'amenée d'énergie et d'air chaud dans l'espace formé par ces jupes s'opère par l'intermédiaire d'une régulation de vitesse du générateur d'air chaud (7) en fonction de la température de la source de chaleur de l'échangeur thermique (10, 11) et qu'un déflecteur (43) déviant le courant d'air vers le haut soit adjoint à une des extrémités frontales de la boîte de distribution (5).
