Claims (9)
- Statische Vorrichtung zur mechanischen Reinigung von Walzdraht (2) in Stahldrahtziehanlagen (3) mittels einer Schicht (16) von Stahlwolle, bestehend aus einer Presse (9), ausgestattet mit mindestens einem Paar von entgegengesetzten Arbeitselementen (11), die an beiden Seiten des Walzdrahtes (2) angeordnet und entlang entsprechender Führungen (12) quer zur Ziehrichtung durch entsprechende Antriebsmittel (13) zueinander beweglich sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Arbeitselemente (11) so ausgelegt sind, daß sie ineinandergreifen, um die genannte Schicht (16) aus Stahlwolle gegen den Walzdraht (2) zu drucken und zu halten, während letzterer in der Ziehanlage (3) vorgeschoben wird, wobei die zwischen den genannten Arbeitselementen angeordnete Schicht (16) aus Stahlwolle dazu dient, die Oxidrückstände vorheriger Reinigungsvorgänge vom Walzdraht (2) zu entfernen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Presse (9) auf horizontalen Achsen (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Presse (9) mindestens drei der genannten Arbeitselemente (11) umfaßt, die gegenseitig versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Presse (9) mehrere der genannten Arbeitselemente (11) vorsieht, die paketförmig zusammengesetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Arbeitselemente (11) aus flachen Platten mit V-förmigen Arbeitsflächen (15) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Arbeitselemente (11) Durchgangsbohrungen (19) aufweisen, welche den Zweck haben, die Wärmeableitung zu begünstigen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Antriebsmittel (13) aus mindestens einem pneumatischen Stellorgan (17) bestehen, das mit den genannten Arbeitselementen (11) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Antriebsmittel (13) aus mindestens einem mechanischen Stellorgan bestehen, das einem elastischen Element entgegenwirkt und mit den genannten Arbeitselementen (11) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genannte Presse (9) durch Pendellager (50) auf den genannten horizontalen Achsen (10) gelagert ist, um die automatische Zentrierung der genannten Presse (9) am Walzdraht (2) zu ermöglichenClaims.
