Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de support pour le manchon cylindrique d'un rouleau à peindre.
  • Les rouleaux à peindre connus à ce jour présentent généralement une forme en T et comprennent un manchon cylindrique monté en rotation libre entre des flasques sur un étrier, généralement un fil métallique plié équipé d'un manche à son extrémité.
  • Ces rouleaux sont très encombrants, notamment lorsqu'il sont proposés à la vente sur un linéaire où ils sont généralement suspendus à une tringle par un orifice pratiqué à l'extrémité du manche.
  • La présente invention vise à remédier à cet inconvénient en proposant un dispositif de support pour rouleau à peindre qui, outre le fait d'être d'un encombrement très réduit lors son exposition à la vente, présente également l'avantage d'être d'un coût de fabrication et d'un poids moindres que les dispositifs existants.
  • Le dispositif de support d'un rouleau à peindre selon l'invention se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il vient entièrement de moulage par injection d'une matière plastique, et en ce que le manche est divisé dans le sens de la longueur en deux parties solidarisables, articulées sur la partie destinée à supporter ledit manchon cylindrique.
  • Un tel support peut être est ainsi présenté à la vente avec les deux parties solidarisables du manche positionnées dans le prolongement l'une de l'autre, le long de l'étrier destiné à supporter le manchon cylindrique, parallèlement à celui-ci, permettant un gain important de place sur un linéaire.
  • Pour utiliser un tel rouleau, il suffit de rapprocher les deux parties du manche et de les encliqueter l'une dans l'autre, leur solidarisation étant réalisée par des moyens connus en soi.
  • Les avantages et les caractéristiques de la présente invention ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente quelques modes de réalisation non limitatifs.
  • Dans le dessin annexé :
    • la figure 1 représente une vue partielle de face d'un premier mode de réalisation d'un dispositif selon l'invention, où le manche est dans les deux positions extrêmes, ouverte et fermée.
    • la figure 2 représente une vue de profil du même dispositif dont le manche est reconstitué.
    • la figure 3 représente une vue de dessus, dans le prolongement du manche reconstitué, de ce même dispositif.
    • la figure 4 représente une vue de face d'un second mode de réalisation d'un dispositif selon l'invention.
    • la figure 5 représente une vue de face du même dispositif dans une autre configuration.
  • Si on se réfère aux figures 1, 2 et 3 on peut voir qu'un support de manchon cylindrique, non représenté, d'un dispositif de rouleau à peindre selon l'invention, réalisé par moulage par injection d'une matière plastique du type polypropylène, comporte deux parties distinctes, un manche 1 sensiblement cylindrique divisé en deux parties demi-cylindriques 2 et 3, et un étrier 4 en forme de goulotte comportant à chacune de ses extrémités un flasque 40 muni de moyens pour la fixation du manchon.
  • Le manche 1, constitué du rapprochement des deux parties 2 et 3, comporte une base 10 de section carrée, abritant une cavité 11 de forme également carrée.
  • Les parties 2 et 3 du manche 1 sont solidarisées à l'étrier 4 sur un plot carré 41 positionné au centre de l'étrier 4, par l'intermédiaire de deux ponts, respectivement 42 et 43, venant de moulage, qui autorisent un pivotement à 90° des parties 2 et 3, permettant de les faire passer d'une position parallèle à une position perpendiculaire à l'étrier 4, et de constituer ainsi le manche 1, la solidarisation l'une à l'autre des deux parties 2 et 3 étant réalisée par des moyens d'encliquetage connus, non représentés.
  • Un second plot 44, de section également carrée, faisant saillie au centre du plot 41, et de dimensions extérieures égales aux dimensions intérieures de la cavité 11 du manche 1, est enveloppé étroitement par la base 10 du manche lors du rapprochement des deux parties 2 et 3, renforçant ainsi la solidarisation et le maintien du manche 1 sur l'étrier 4.
  • Après fabrication, le manche 1 est ouvert, les parties 2 et 3 sont positionnées parallèlement à l'étrier 4, rattachées à celui-ci par des ponts 45 sécables, visibles sur la figure 1, de sorte que le support peut être présenté à la vente suspendu dans un linéaire avec un encombrement moindre, des orifices 20 et 30 étant pratiqués en vue de cette suspension à l'extrémité des parties respectivement 2 et 3 du manche 1.
  • D'autre part, l'étrier 4 comporte, saillants perpendiculairement à la fois à l'étrier 4 et à l'axe du manche 1, deux ergots parallèles 46 et 47, venant également de moulage, permettant le positionnement à l'horizontale du rouleau sur le bord du pot de peinture en vue de son égouttage, l'écartement de ces deux ergots 46 et 47 permettant leur encliquetage sur un pot d'épaisseur standard.
  • Si on se réfère maintenant aux figures 4 et 5, on peut voir que selon un second mode de réalisation le manche 1 est constitué de deux parties non identiques 2' et 3', solidarisables l'une à l'autre également par encliquetage.
  • Les parties 2' et 3' sont solidarisées à l'étrier 4, avec possibilité de pivotement, de la même manière que dans le mode de réalisation précédent, c'est-à-dire par des ponts, respectivement 42 et 43.
  • La partie 2' comporte en extrémité une portion tubulaire 21 permettant l'adaptation d'une rallonge, non représentée, facilitant les travaux de peinture à distance, par exemple pour peindre un plafond.
  • Les parties 2' et 3' comportent chacune à proximité des ponts, respectivement 42 et 43, et perpendiculairement à ceux-ci, une nervure plate, respectivement 22 et 32, destinée, lors du rapprochement des parties 2' et 3' pour constituer le manche 1, à être engagée dans une mortaise 48 pratiquée, dans le sens longitudinal, dans le plot 41.
  • Les nervures plates 22 et 32 en association avec la mortaise 48 permettent ainsi de renforcer la solidarisation du manche 1 à l'étrier 4, dans le sens d'utilisation du rouleau, soit perpendiculairement à ces nervures plates 22 et 32.
  • Il convient de noter que chacune des parties 2' et 3' peut comporter plusieurs nervures plates parallèles 22, 32 destinées à être engagées dans plusieurs mortaises 48 parallèles pratiquées dans le plot 41.
  • Outre son faible encombrement lors de son exposition à la vente, le dispositif selon l'invention présente d'autres avantages.
  • D'une part, en effet, la forme en goulotte de l'étrier 4 permet d'éviter les projections de peinture sur le manche 1, donc sur la main de l'utilisateur.
  • D'autre part, du fait que le dispositif selon l'invention est entièrement réalisé en matière plastique, il ne présente pas de risques d'électrocution de l'utilisateur, comme c'est le cas des rouleaux à peindre classiques lorsqu'ils sont utilisés à proximité d'une source de courant.

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de support pour le manchon cylindrique d'un rouleau à peindre, caractérisé en ce que ledit support, réalisé par moulage d'une matière plastique, comporte un manche (1) divisé dans le sens de la longueur en deux parties (2, 3; 2', 3') solidarisables entre elles par des moyens d'encliquetage, articulées sur l'étrier (4) destiné à supporter le manchon cylindrique, et aptes à pivoter de 90°, d'une position parallèle à l'étrier (4) à une position perpendiculaire audit étrier (4), les parties (2, 3; 2', 3') du manche (1) s'articulant sur l'étrier (4), par l'intermédiaire de ponts (42, 43) venant de moulage, sur un plot (41) saillant centralement dudit étrier (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le manche (1) comporte intérieurement à sa base (10) une cavité (11), dans laquelle s'insère étroitement, lorsque ledit manche (1) est reconstitué, un plot (44) de dimensions extérieures égales aux dimensions intérieures de la cavité (11), saillant centralement du plot (41).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le plot (41) comporte au moins une mortaise (46) pratiquée dans le sens longitudinal perpendiculairement aux ponts (42, 43), dans laquelle s'engage, lors du rapprochement des parties (2', 3') pour constituer le manche (1), au moins une nervure plate (22, 32) ménagée dans chacune desdites parties (2', 3') à leur base, à proximité desdits ponts (42, 43) et perpendiculairement à ceux-ci.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux ergots parallèles (46, 47) perpendiculaires à l'étrier (4) et au manche (1).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'une des parties (2') constituant le manche (1) comporte à son extrémité libre une portion tubulaire (21) pour l'adaptation d'une rallonge.
