Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur temporären Verfestigung durch Verkleben eines Schotterbettes für Eisenbahngleise für die Zeit der Sanierung oder des Neubaus eines parallelen Gleisstranges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Mehrkomponentenkleber in solcher Menge nur auf Schotterbetten aufgetragen wird, daß eine Verankerung bis zum Untergrund erfolgt und dennoch die Hohlräume nicht gefüllt werden, so daß diese Verklebung später mechanisch wieder aufgebrochen werden kann, ohne die Wiederverwendung des Schottermaterials zu beeinträchtigen, wobei die Komponenten des Klebers räumlich voneinander getrennt mit einem Druck von 30 bis 200 bar an eine Mischkammer herangeführt, in der Mischkammer turbulent miteinander gemischt werden und das Gemisch mit einem Druck von 2 bis 6 bar in Form eines flachen vorhangartigen Filmes laminar auf das Schotterbett aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß lösungsmittelfrei gearbeitet wird.
