Description
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Masse- und Oberflächenleim für den pH-Bereich 4.5 - 8.5 zur Verfügung zu stellen, der nach einem einfachen Verfahren herstellbar ist und nicht die Nachteile der herkömmlichen Invertleime besitzt.
Claims (14)
- Leimungsmittel für die Oberflächen- und Masseleimung von Papier, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer wässrigen Dispersion von nicht verseiftem oder nicht anverseiftem Kolophoniumharz, das keine modifizierende Epoxy-Komponente enthält, mit nicht alkalisch behandelter Stärke und einem Naphtalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensat besteht.
- Leimungsmittel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Harz unverstärktes, disproportioniertes, verstärktes oder verestertes Harz, dessen Basisharz Tallharz, Balsamharz oder Wurzelharz sein kann, oder Mischungen solcher Harze ist.
- Leimungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 0,5-99,5 % des Harzes durch Alkylketendimer und/oder Alkylbernsteinsäureanhydrid ersetzt sind.
- Leimungsmittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 1-99 % des Harzes durch Wachse, Fettsäuren, Paraffine, Bitumen oder deren Gemische ersetzt sind.
- Leimungsmittel gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke anionisch, kationisch, nativ oder ein Gemisch solcher Stärken ist.
- Leimungsmittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke mit anorganischen oder organischen Säuren aufgeschlossen wird.
- Leimungsmittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 5 - 50 Gew.-% Stärke und 0,5 - 10 Gew.-% Naphtalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensat, jeweils bezogen auf das Gewicht des Harzes und/oder der Harzersatzstoffe, enthält.
- Leimungsmittel gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 10-30 Gew.-% Stärke enthält.
- Leimungsmittel nach Annspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 1-3 Gew.-% Naphthalinsulfonsäue-Formaldehyd-Kondensat enthält.
- Leimungsmittel gemäß der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zusätzlich das Fällungsmittel in Form eines Aluminiumsalzes oder eines Aluminiumsalzgemisches enthält.
- Leimungsrnittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zusätzlich eine kationische Verbindung enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung des Leimungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß das nicht verseifte oder nicht anverseifte Kolophoniumharz mit den übrigen Bestandteilen unter hoher Scherung gemischt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mischen in einem Hochdruckhomogenisator erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mischen durch Rühren mit mindestens 2000 Upm erfolgt.
