Claims (8)
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées (1), comprenant un carter de turbine (2) qui est soumis à une aspiration et qui est ouvert vers l'avant, une turbine de filage (3) qui tourne à une vitesse de rotation élevée à l'intérieur du carter de turbine (2) et un élément formant couvercle (7) pour fermer le carter de turbine (2), cependant qu'un prolongement de couvercle interchangeable (18) qui comporte la région de l'embouchure (22) d'un canal de guidage des fibres (11) et une buse d'évacuation des fibres (19) est disposé dans un évidement (33) de l'élément formant couvercle (7) d'une manière amovible et en pouvant être fixé dans une position précise, caractérisé par le fait :- que le prolongement (18) du couvercle présente, dans la région où le canal de guidage des fibres passe de l'élément formant couvercle (7) au prolongement (18) du couvercle, une surface d'appui conique (31) qui correspond à une surface d'appui correspondante (34) de l'élément formant couvercle (7),- que la partie (37) du canal de guidage des fibres est introduite perpendiculairement ou presque perpendiculairement dans la surface d'appui (31) du prolongement (18) du couvercle, et :- que les surfaces d'appui (31, 34) peuvent être amenées à s'appuyer l'une sur l'autre d'une manière étanche à l'air grâce à des moyens de fixation (21) qui agissent dans la direction (R) du montage.
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la fixation en position du prolongement (18) du couvercle à l'intérieur du logement (33), et en particulier l'alignement angulaire précis du prolongement (18) du couvercle, ont lieu au moyen d'une tige cylindrique (26) qui est disposée dans un perçage ajusté (35) de l'élément formant couvercle (7) et qui est insérée dans un perçage ajusté (25) disposé sur le côté arrière (36) du prolongement (18) du couvercle.
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le prolongement (18) du couvercle est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément constitutif symétrique de révolution qui peut être fixé d'une manière interchangeable sur une surface d'appui formée d'une manière correspondante (34) du logement (33) par une surface d'appui arrière conique (31) en pouvant être fixé dans une position précise par un moyen d'ajustement (26).
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le prolongement (18) du couvercle est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément constitutif en tronc de pyramide qui peut être fixé d'une manière interchangeable sur des surfaces d'appui formées d'une manière correspondante (34) du logement (33) par des surfaces d'appui arrière planes (31).
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le prolongement (18) du couvercle présente sur son côté arrière (36) au moins un perçage fileté (30) qui est destiné à la venue en prise d'un boulon (21).
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le prolongement (18) du couvercle présente un passage central (24) destiné à recevoir une buse d'évacuation du fil (19), ainsi qu'un perçage fileté (27) qui forme un angle avec le passage (24) et qui est destiné à une vis de fixation (28).
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le perçage fileté (27) est disposé perpendiculairement à la génératrice de la surface d'appui conique (31).
- Dispositif de filage à fibres libérées selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'une tige filetée (28) qui est disposée dans le perçage fileté (27) et qui bloque la buse d'évacuation du fil (19) est accessible par une ouverture de montage ménagée dans l'élément formant couvercle (7), même lorsque le prolongement (18) du couvercle est monté.
