Description
Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour délivrer, à cadence élevée, des doses d'un liquide, comprenant une électrovanne (7A, 7B) ayant une entrée et une sortie, et pourvue d'un moyen de réglage (9A, 9B) permettant d'ajuster avec précision le débit traversant l'électrovanne quand elle est ouverte, un conduit d'alimentation (5) reliant l'entrée de l'électrovanne à une source de liquide, un conduit de distribution (6) relié à la sortie de l'électrovanne et débouchant à l'extérieur à l'endroit où le liquide doit être délivré, et un dispositif de commande (11) commandant l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'électrovanne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première et une seconde électrovannes (7A, 7B) montées en parallèle entre le conduit d'alimentation (5) et le conduit de distribution (6), et un dispositif de commutation (12) intercalé entre le dispositif de commande et les première et seconde électrovannes pour mettre en action sélectivement l'une ou l'autre des électrovannes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (9A, 9B) de chaque électrovanne (7A, 7B) sont commandés à distance en fonction d'un programme préétabli.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une troisième électrovanne (7C), disposée entre un conduit d'alimentation en gaz (8) reliée à une source de gaz sous pression et le conduit de distribution (6), cette troisième électrovanne étant commandée par le dispositif de commande (11) commandant l'ouverture et la fermeture de ladite troisième électrovanne suivant un programme tel que du gaz sous pression est envoyé dans le conduit de distribution (6) après la fermeture de la première ou de la seconde électrovanne, afin de chasser les gouttes de liquide restant dans le conduit de distribution.
- Application du dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes à la fourniture de doses d'un liquide cryogénique à des récipients de produits alimentaires.
- Application selon la revendication 4 d'un dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le liquide et le gaz sont les deux phases d'un même produit.
