Description

La présente invention se rapporte aux cartons à papier ou aux blocs-notes. Un tel carton est par example décrit dans le document FR-A 2 257 193.
L'invention est définie aux revendications.
On peut écrire sur la feuille apparaissant dans l'ouverture avec l'avantage que les bords de celle-ci délimitent un cadre en sorte qu'un enfant dessinant sur cette feuille rencontre l'obstacle du bord de l'ouverture et est ainsi incité à interrompre son tracé avant d'atteindre le support tel qu'une table ou une moquette, sur lequel est posée la boíte. La boíte définit ainsi pour le scripteur un cadre préétabli, qui facilite la présentation et le classement ultérieurs des feuilles manuscrites. Les feuilles de papier indépendantes sont introduites et maintenues dans la boíte sans agrafage, ni collage, ni brochage.
Par face latérale ouverte ou susceptible de l'être, on englobe outre une face pouvant être ouverte par rabattement d'un rabat, également une face dans laquelle est ménagée une fente, notamment adjacente à la première grande face et par laquelle peuvent glisser une à une des feuilles de papier.
Les faces latérales sont sous forme de soufflet, en sorte que le cadre de scription s'applique bien sur la feuille supérieure de la pile de feuilles, quelle que soit la hauteur de la pile.
De préférence, l'ouverture occupe plus de 90 % de la surface de la grande face et ses côtés sont parallèles aux côtés de la grande face. On peut fabriquer la boíte en carton ou en matière plastique et, notamment, en une matière rigide, en particulier pour la seconde face opposée à la première et servant de support aux feuilles sur lesquelles on écrit.
Suivant un mode de réalisation de la boíte qui est particulièrement facile à porter, une anse est fixée sur l'une des faces latérales fermées adjacentes à la face latérale ouverte. Bien que cette face latérale ouverte ne soit pas dirigée vers le haut lorsque l'on tient la boíte par la anse, le frottement entre les feuilles et la boíte est suffisant pour qu'elles n'en sortent pas d'elle-même.
Pour la présentation commerciale avant l'utilisation, l'ouverture peut être recouverte d'un flan qui peut être détaché le long des bords de l'ouverture, suivant une ligne de rupture privilégiée, par le premier utilisateur.
Suivant un mode de réalisation une plaque de séparation est issue d'une face latérale et fait saillie dans la boíte de manière à y ménager deus compartiments, l'un d'écriture et l'autre d'archivage des feuilles de papier, le compartiment d'écriture s'ouvrant par l'ouverture à l'extérieur.
La figure unique du dessin annexé est une vue éclatée d'une boíte suivant l'invention.
La boíte en carton suivant l'invention représentée à la figure comporte une première grande face 1 et une seconde grande face 2 qui lui est opposée. Elle a également trois faces latérales 3, 4, 5 fermées, c'est-à-dire pleines, et une face latérale 6 qui est ouverte et par laquelle des feuilles individuelles (non liées entre elles) au format des grandes faces 1 peuvent être introduites dans la boíte en une pile et peuvent en être sorties.
Dans la grande face 1 est ménagée une ouverture 7, qui occupe plus de 90 % de la surface de cette face 1. Cette ouverture 7 est rectangulaire. Ses côtés sont parallèles aux côtés de la grande face 1. Un flan 8 cache l'ouverture 7 et peut en être détaché le long des bords de l'ouverture 7 suivant une ligne de rupture privilégiée.
Une anse 9 est issue de la partie centrale de la face latérale 5.

Claims (6)

  1. Carton à papier ou bloc-note, constitué d'une boíte parallélépipédique ayant deux grandes faces (1) et (2) opposées, trois faces latérales (3, 4, 5) fermées et une face latérale (6) ouverte ou susceptible de l'être, et une ouverture (7) pratiquée dans une des grandes faces (1) et en occupant la plus grande partie, en ménageant par ses bords un cadre fermé de scription pour une pile de feuilles individuelles contenues dans la boíte, caractérisé en ce que ses faces latérales sont en soufflet de sorte que le cadre de scription formé par l'ouverture (7) de la grande face (1) puisse s'appliquer sur la feuille supérieure de la pile quelle que soit la hauteur de cette pile.
  2. Carton à papier ou bloc-note suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (7) occupe plus de 90 % de la surface de la grande face (1).
  3. Carton à papier ou bloc-note suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les côtés de l'ouverture (7) sont parallèles à ceux de la grande face (1).
  4. Carton à papier ou bloc-note suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une anse (9) fixée sur l'une des faces latérales (5) fermées adjacentes à la face latérale (6) ouverte.
  5. Carton à papier ou bloc-note suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (7) est recouverte d'un flan (8) pouvant être détaché le long des bords de l'ouverture (7) suivant une ligne de rupture privilégiée.
  6. Carton à papier ou bloc-note suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une plaque de séparation qui est issue d'une face latérale et fait saillie dans la boíte en y ménageant deux compartiments dont l'un s'ouvre à l'extérieur par l'ouverture.
