Claims (8)
- Mélangeur pour cartouches d'application doubles ou applicateurs ayant deux cylindres réservoir dont le rapport volumétrique est différent de 1:1, comprenant un boítier mélangeur (3, 3B) attachable à la cartouche resp. à l'applicateur, et un groupe d'hélices de mélange (1, 15) disposé dans ledit boítier du mélangeur (3, 3B), les deux orifices d'émission latéralement adjacents de la cartouche resp. de l'applicateur communiquant avec la section d'entrée (2, 14) dudit groupe d'hélices de mélange, caractérisé en ce que la section d'entrée (2, 14) avant le groupe d'hélices de mélange (1, 15) est divisée en une chambre d'entrée plus grande pour la première composante (A) dont le volume émis est plus grand et une chambre d'entrée (11, 19) plus petite pour la deuxième composante (B) dont le volume émis est plus petit, et que la plus petite chambre d'entrée est arrangée et façonnée de telle manière que la première composante (A) enveloppe la deuxième composante (B) à la sortie des chambres d'entrée, et que la première arête (10, 20) à l'entrée de la première hélice (9, 21) divise en deux parties égales et le flux de la première (A) et le flux de la deuxième composante (B).

- Mélangeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'entrée (2, 14) présente sur le côté diamétralement opposé à l'entrée des moyens (12) permettant d'éviter une retenue d'air, de sorte que le plus grand flux partiel (A) n'enferme pas de bulles d'air.
- Mélangeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la section d'entrée (2, 14) et le boítier (3, 3B) du mélangeur présentent des moyens permettant un montage aligné de la section d'entrée y compris le groupe d'hélices de mélange (1, 15) dans le boítier du mélangeur.
