Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour le traitement de pièces de forme spéciale (4) comprenant :des grilles support (2) équipées de moyens (3) aptes à permettre le centrage et le positionnement de manière ordonnée avec capacité de déplacement limité, des pièces à traiter (4), sans contact entre elles,les grilles (2) sont disposées par rangées parallèles horizontales dans un caisson ajouré (1),le caisson (1) est immergé dans un bain de traitement (B) et assujetti à des moyens d'entraínement en rotation,les grilles (2) sont espacées selon un intervalle (E) pour laisser subsister un espace vide (e) au dessus des pièces à traiter, pour leur permettre un déplacement par gravité par rapport au moyen de centrage (3) au moment de la rotation du caisson (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de centrage et de positionnement sont constitués par des pions (3) solidaires des grilles support (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la section des pions (3) est conformée pour coopérer avec l'alésage des pièces à traiter (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pions (3) sont disposés pour coopérer avec la périphérie externe des pièces à traiter (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le caisson (1) présente des agencements permettant l'introduction et le retrait à volonté des grilles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le caisson (1) présente des parois grillagées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le caisson (1) est entraíné positivement en rotation, au moyen d'un organe moteur asservi à une centrale de commande.
