Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue en perspective partielle d'un châssis de fenêtre pivotante, destiné à recevoir un déflecteur selon l'invention.
- La Figure 2 est une vue de face à échelle très sensiblement supérieure d'une partie de la traverse basse du châssis, munie d'un tel déflecteur.
- Les Figures 3 et 4 sont des vues en coupe transversale du déflecteur représenté sur la Figure 2, illustrant les moyens de fixation de ce déflecteur sur la traverse, selon deux étapes successives de leur mise en oeuvre.
- La Figure 5 est une vue en perspective du déflecteur mis en place sur la traverse, le châssis étant vu du côté opposé par rapport à celui qui porte le déflecteur.
- La Figure 6 est une vue en coupe transversale à plus grande échelle de la lamelle souple du déflecteur, illustrant un détail de sa réalisation. Sur la Figure 1, la référence 1 désigne une partie du dormant fixe d'une fenêtre ou analogue, muni de charnières 2 pour l'articulation sur celui-ci d'un ouvrant 3.
Claims (8)
- Déflecteur, apte à venir se monter contre une ouverture d'évacuation d'eau (10) ménagée dans la face extérieure de la traverse basse (4) d'un châssis constituant le dormant (1), d'une porte, fenêtre ou autre, comportant un support plat (12), propre à venir s'appliquer étroitement contre cette face au droit de l'ouverture, ce support comprenant des moyens de fixation (23) sur la traverse et une lamelle souple (17), de préférence venue de fabrication avec le support, destinée à présenter des dimensions supérieures à celles de l'ouverture, cette lamelle étant montée à pivotement sur le support vis-à-vis de la traverse de manière à permettre son débattement vers l'extérieur par rapport à la face de celle-ci comportant l'ouverture d'évacuation en la dégageant, de façon à autoriser le libre écoulement vers l'extérieur de l'eau contenue dans la traverse, l'appui de la lamelle sur la face de celle-ci évitant en revanche toute entrée d'eau dans la traverse de l'extérieur, caractérisé en ce que la lamelle souple comporte sur un de ses petits côtés, une charnière d'articulation (18) sur le support (12), cette charnière étant formée par un ruban de liaison, ayant un contour en zig-zag, dont une extrémité est liée au support (12) et dont l'autre est réunie à la lamelle (17).
- Déflecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches parallèles voisines (19) du ruban sont reliées par des bandes (20) perpendiculaires à leur direction, solidaires également du support et de la lamelle.
- Déflecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lamelle souple (17) a un profil rectangulaire, destiné à correspondre à un profil rectangulaire présenté par l'ouverture d'évacuation (10) ménagée dans la traverse basse (4) du châssis.
- Déflecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la lamelle souple (17) comporte, selon la périphérie de son profil rectangulaire, une zone en saillie (31) présentant une section, par un plan perpendiculaire à celui de la lamelle, sensiblement de forme triangulaire, dont la base est accolée au plan de la lamelle et le sommet (32) opposé à cette base vient en appui sur la face de la traverse (4), au-delà des bords de l'ouverture (10).
- Déflecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le support (12) comporte deux pattes d'appui latérales (14, 15), de part et d'autre de la lamelle souple (17), munie chacune perpendiculairement à son plan d'un pion cylindrique (21) dont la surface est découpée pour former des languettes adjacentes (22) séparées par des fentes longitudinales ménagées à partir de son extrémité opposée à la patte.
- Déflecteur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque pion cylindrique de fixation (21) est associé à un clou de blocage (23), propre à s'engager dans l'axe de ce pion par l'extérieur du support en écartant. les languettes sous la traverse, ce clou comportant une tête (24) venant s'appliquer contre la patte d'appui (14, 15) correspondante.
- Déflecteur selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le support (12) comporte un capot (13) à profil incurvé, articulé sur ce support autour d'une charnière souple (28), s'étendant parallèlement à un grand côté de l'ouverture d'évacuation (10) au-dessus de celle-ci, ce capot pouvant être rabattu par dessus la lamelle en avant de la traverse.
- Déflecteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le support (12) comporte des moyens de blocage (29, 30) des côtés latéraux du capot (13) sur les pattes d'appui (14, 15) du support, réalisant un encliquetage de ces côtés sur des ergots (29) en saillie portés par ces pattes.
