Claims (11)

  1. Ouvre-couvercle pour des grands récipients munis d'un couvercle coulissant présentant des tourillons de couvercle, qui est disposé dans la zone d'ouverture de remplissage d'un réceptacle de récolte d'un camion de collecte des ordures ménagères, muni d'un mécanisme pivotant pour saisir les tourillons de couvercle, sur lequel agit un mécanisme d'entraînement pour déplacer le mécanisme pivotant dans une position de repos et dans une position de travail,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mécanisme d'entraînement (12) agit, par l'intermédiaire d'un levier de commande (50), sur un arbre de pivotement (11) disposé horizontalement auquel est fixé en rotation libre le mécanisme destiné à saisir les tourillons de couvercle (7), qui présente au moins un élément de butée (30) et un mécanisme de verrouillage, qui coopèrent avec le levier de commande (50) en fonction de la position de l'arbre de pivotement (11) pour la fixation de l'intervalle de pivotement du mécanisme destiné à saisir les tourillons de couvercle.
  2. Ouvre-couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme destiné à saisir les tourillons de couvercle (7) comprend deux bras de pivotement (20a,b) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, munis chacun d'une tôle de guidage (21) et d'une butée (22) pour les tourillons de couvercle (7).
  3. Ouvre-couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier de commande (50) présente, à une certaine distance de l'arbre de pivotement (11), un axe (51) sur lequel s'appuie le bras de pivotement (20a,b) avec l'élément de butée (30) comme limitation inférieure du pivotement.
  4. Ouvre-couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de verrouillage respectif est un loquet (40) disposé en pivotement sur le bras de pivotement (20a,b), qui, dans la position de repos, agit sur l'axe (51) et verrouille le bras de pivotement (20a,b) et qui libère l'axe (51) en abaissant le bras de pivotement dans la position de travail.
  5. Ouvre-couvercle selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le loquet (40) présente une pièce rapportée de butée (43) avec laquelle, dans la position de travail, le loquet (40) agit sur un contre-appui du levier de commande (50).
  6. Ouvre-couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce rapportée de butée (43) est disposée sur le loquet (40) de telle sorte que l'ouverture (42) du loquet (40) dans la position déverrouillée forme une ligne approximativement verticale avec l'axe (51) du levier de commande (50).
  7. Ouvre-couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement (12) est une unité à piston-cylindre (13, 14) à entraînement par compression.
  8. Ouvre-couvercle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (13) est fixé au véhicule de collecte (2) et en ce que le piston (14) est articulé directement au levier de commande (50).
  9. Ouvre-couvercle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (13) est fixé au véhicule de collecte (2) et en ce que le piston (14) est articulé via un levier de déviation (15) et une barre de commande (16) au levier de commande (50).
  10. Ouvre-couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le levier de commande (50) est réalisé de telle sorte que les points d'articulation de l'arbre de pivotement (11) et du mécanisme d'entraînement (12) ou de la barre de commande (16) et de l'axe (51) forment un triangle rectangle.
