Definitions

  • the invention relates to a formwork element for hollow floor constructions according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Raised floors are used as industrial floors in which To be able to lay floor pipes, cables and the like. Hollow floors are also used for hypocaust heating.
  • the hollow floors consist of a sub-floor and one of Supporting screed with topsoil.
  • a formwork element is known from DE-GM 85 03 850, that from a deep-drawn plate with bulges for Support is formed.
  • the preferably made of cardboard existing plate is also not accessible, so that the same difficulties in laying occur.
  • a formwork element is known from EP 0 133 556 A2, that from a dimensionally stable plate, e.g. Plasterboard and can be walked on to pour the screed material.
  • a dimensionally stable plate e.g. Plasterboard and can be walked on to pour the screed material.
  • the Plate are provided in a grid conical cutouts, in which massive support feet are cast and form-fitting are held. The transport of the factory with the support feet provided formwork elements is complex.
  • EP-A-0 416 411 is a formwork element for hollow floor constructions known that from a dimensionally stable plate with cutouts, inserted into the support elements are.
  • the support elements are designed as dimensionally stable pots, those with a protruding beyond the scope of the section Contact the outer flange on the underside of the plate, to support the plate.
  • the pots are with their top Edge in the cutouts and fit held in these sections by friction.
  • the fit the pots in the cutouts of the plate require one extremely high processing accuracy of the cutouts and the top of the pots. Deformation of the plate or the Pots like those under the rough conditions of the construction site are inevitable, complicate or prevent insertion of the pots in the cutouts.
  • the pots can therefore in the Practice can only be inserted into the plate at the factory.
  • FR-A-2 483 990 is a prefabricated plastic plate known as wall or floor covering.
  • the plate becomes pot-shaped, dimensionally stable support elements attached to the wall or floor.
  • the plates are on snapped these support elements, wherein they with a upper edge of the pot protruding outwards behind the locking lugs the plates into place. Since the support elements first on the Wall or floor to be fixed and the plates first are snapped onto the attached support elements a high level of accuracy when fastening the support elements necessary on the wall or floor, which is the laying of the Makes plates difficult. A detachment of the plates from the Support elements are no longer possible without destruction.
  • the invention has for its object a walk-in Formwork element available for hollow floor constructions to provide, which is inexpensive to manufacture, space-saving can be transported and the floor plan in a simple manner can be adjusted.
  • the formwork element according to the invention is dimensionally stable Pots on the cutouts of the dimensionally stable plate attached.
  • the plates and pots can be separated Construction site to be transported, only on site and Place the pots in the plate. As well the pots can already be attached to the plate at the factory will. It is a space-saving, inexpensive transport especially possible if the pots are frustoconical circular, oval or polygonal cross section are so that the pots or those provided with the pots Plates can be stacked one inside the other. That too Laying the formwork is easy because the panels are made accordingly can be cut to the floor plan. Will the pots only used at the construction site, just need the cut plate parts and not the resulting one Disc waste to be stocked with pots, causing themselves results in a cost saving.
  • the pots are inexpensive, preferably plastic a recyclable plastic, or from organic or synthetic fiber or cardboard.
  • For the board is preferably a chipboard, hardboard, Cardboard, fiber or plastic plate or the like used that is inexpensive and stable and also everyone ecological requirements can meet.
  • the pots are detachable with dowel pins or with snap fasteners attached to or in the cutouts of the plate, which on the one hand is a quick attachment of the pots allows a single handle and on the other hand one stable captive, but detachable attachment at any time results. If the pots are attached at the factory, you can do this the pots from the resulting when the plates are cut Pieces of waste are removed and reused. Easy attachment in the factory is also possible by gluing of the pots possible.
  • the panels are expediently at their butt joints connected to each other by means of double slot strips. Thereby there is a tight connection of the plates for the Pour with the liquid screed material. It can thereby overlapping the abutting plates avoided, which lead to step formation and additional would lead to material requirements. Also a connection of the Panels through milled slots on the butt edges possible.
  • a lost formwork 12 placed, which is described in more detail below.
  • the lost formwork 12 is covered with a liquid screed 14 poured out. After the screed has hardened, the Upper floor 16 laid.
  • the lost formwork 12 is made up of individual formwork elements composed, one of which is shown in Figure 1 is.
  • the formwork element consists of a rectangular one Plate 18, which is preferably a chipboard, wood fiber, Cellulose, biological, synthetic or plastic plate is.
  • the plate 18 has circular arranged in a grid Cutouts 20 on.
  • the cutouts 20 are out dimensionally stable plastic or cardboard or biological or synthetic fiber existing pots 22 used.
  • the Pots 22 have a frustoconical shape, are on their upper surface with the larger diameter open and closed on its bottom surface with the smaller diameter.
  • the diameter of the pots 22 corresponds to their upper edge 32 the diameter of the cutouts 20 so that the pots 22 inserted into the cutouts 20 with little radial play can be.
  • the plate 18 is supported on the outer flange 24 of the pots 22.
  • the cutout 20 in the Plate 18 engaging edge 32 covers the inside edge of the Cutout 20 when pouring out later with the liquid Screed 14 off.
  • the pins 34 are used to fasten the pots 22 on the plate 18, while engaging in the cutout 20 upper edge 32 of the pot 22 for attachment none or only plays a subordinate role.
  • the top edge 32 essentially has the task of the inner edge of the plate 18 on the cutout 20 against the penetrating moisture of the screed 14, and facilitates positioning the pot 22 when inserted.
  • the pot 22 can have any cross-sectional shape.
  • abutting formwork elements For the seamless connection of abutting formwork elements are double groove strips 30 made of plastic or the like intended.
  • the abutting plates 18 are pushed into the grooves of the double groove strip 30 from both sides, so that this double groove 30 the plates 18th holds together and covers the butt joint.
