Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour enrouler une bande, notamment une bande de papier, qui arrive de façon continue, sur un tambour, avec une station d'enroulement (1) pour enrouler autour d'un premier tambour (4) (enroulement primaire 6), une station de logement (31) pour le stockage d'un deuxième tambour vide (30), sur lequel est enroulé, suite à une coupe de la bande (5), le tronçon de bande suivant (enroulement secondaire 6''), un dispositif de transfert pour le transport du deuxième tambour de la station de logement (31) à la station d'enroulement (1) et à chaque fois un cylindre de pression dans la station de logement (31) et dans la station d'enroulement (1), dans lequel les cylindres de pression dans la station de logement (1) reposent contre le pourtour de l'enroulement secondaire (6'') depuis le début de l'enroulement puis, de façon continue jusque dans la station d'enroulement (1) et là pendant l'opération d'enroulement, et forment avec le pourtour de l'enroulement secondaire (6'') une fente d'alimentation (16) dans laquelle la bande entre, continuellement, à peu près sans boucles, caractérisé en ce que la station d'enroulement (1) et la station de logement (31) sont disposées fixes, en ce que le dispositif de transfert présente une première glissière de guidage rectiligne (27) pour l'enroulement secondaire (6''), et en ce qu'un cylindre de pression (15) est prévu autant pour l'enroulement primaire (6) que pour l'enroulement secondaire (6'') en étant déplaçable sur une deuxième glissière de guidage (19) parallèle à la première glissière de guidage (27) depuis l'enroulement primaire presqu'achevé (6) dans la station d'enroulement (1) jusqu'à l'enroulement secondaire (6'') dans la station de logement (31) et en étant déplaçable, de paire avec l'enroulement secondaire, jusqu'à la station d'enroulement (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de pression (15) peut être déplacé d'une façon telle que les plans formés dans les différentes positions de fonctionnement entre l'axe du deuxième tambour (30) et l'axe du cylindre de pression (15) soient parallèles les uns par rapport aux autres.
