Description

  • La présente invention concerne un appareil interrupteur électromécanique à marche forcée, comprenant dans un boîtier au moins un pôle à contacts séparables, ces contacts étant commandables par un électroaimant ou par un bouton de commande manuelle.
  • Dans un tel appareil, décrit dans le document EP - 384 790 en tant que contacteur, I'électroaimant présente une bobine, une armature fixe et une armature mobile situées respectivement près et à distance d'une face frontale du boîtier, l'armature mobile étant attelée à un support des contacts mobiles et étant déplaçable avec celui-ci en translation selon une direction perpendiculaire à la face frontale du boîtier. Le bouton de commande est déplaçable parallèlement à la face avant entre une position de marche automatique, dans laquelle il n'agit pas sur l'armature mobile, et une position de marche forcée, dans laquelle il agit sur l'armature mobile via une pièce de transmission séparée.
  • Le mécanisme de transmission d'un tel appareil remplit plus ou moins bien son rôle en matière de guidage et de reprise d'efforts.
  • L'invention a pour but d'améliorer la transmission cinématique entre le bouton de commande manuelle et le circuit magnétique mobile d'un tel appareil interrupteur, pour fiabiliser son fonctionnement et simplifier son montage.
  • Selon l'invention, la pièce de transmission est un levier qui présente un premier bras mené par le bouton de commande et un deuxième bras menant le circuit magnétique mobile, le levier étant articulé sur un premier palier fixe par rapport au boîtier, le deuxième bras du levier étant lié au circuit magnétique mobile au moyen d'un deuxième palier d'axe parallèle à l'axe du premier palier, les paliers étant agencés pour assurer l'alignement du circuit magnétique mobile par rapport au circuit magnétique fixe. Le plan moyen du circuit magnétique mobile qui est perpendiculaire aux axes des paliers reste ainsi aligné avec celui du circuit magnétique fixe, plus particulièrement lorsque les paliers présentent chacun deux pivots symétriques par rapport à ce plan moyen. Le levier a de préférence une forme de L dont la partie liée au circuit magnétique mobile et/ou au support des contacts mobiles est en forme de fourchette. Une pièce basculante de blocage peut être prévue entre le bouton et le levier pour être basculée en réponse à la mise du bouton en position de marche forcée et bloquer le levier dans sa position de fermeture des contacts.
  • La description qui suit d'un exemple de réalisation non limitatif est faite en regard des dessins annexés et permettra d'expliciter les caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention :
    • la figure 1 est une vue de côté d'un contacteur conforme à l'invention,
    • la figure 2 est une vue schématique de dessous du levier de transmission,
    • la figure 3 représente le levier en vue de côté selon la flèche A de la figure 1,
    • les figures 4 et 5 montrent en élévation le contacteur lorsque le bouton occupe les positions respectives de marche automatique et de marche forcée,
    • la figure 6 montre à plus grande échelle le détail B de la figure 5.
  • L'appareil interrupteur électromécanique illustré sur les figures est un contacteur unipolaire ou multipolaire à marche forcée, c'est-à-dire utilisable avec fermeture manuelle maintenue des contacts.
  • Le contacteur comprend un boîtier 10 de type modulaire dont la face frontale 11 de plan P1 présente une fenêtre 12 de passage pour un bouton 13 de commande manuelle ; ce bouton est susceptible d'occuper une position de commande automatique (figure 4), une position de marche forcée (figure 5) et éventuellement une position d'arrêt, en passant de l'une à l'autre par translation selon une direction parallèle au plan P1. En retrait par rapport à la face frontale 11 sont prévues deux bornes 14 de commande et, pour chaque pôle, deux bornes 15 de puissance permettant la connexion de conducteurs externes. Les bornes 15 sont reliées par des pièces conductrices respectives 16 à deux contacts fixes 17, auxquels sont associés deux contacts mobiles 18 disposés sur un pont de contact 19 ;chaque pont 19 est mobile selon une direction Z1 perpendiculaire à P1.
  • Les divers ponts de contact 19 sont assujettis chacun à un ressort de pression de contact 20 et sont logés avec leurs ressorts respectifs dans un support commun 21 également mobile selon Z1. Le support mobile 21 est actionné pour fermer les contacts soit par le bouton 13 mis en position de marche forcée soit par un électroaimant quand le bouton 13 est en position de marche automatique.
  • L'électroaimant 30 est disposé dans le boîtier 10 et comprend d'une part une bobine 31 enroulée sur une carcasse isolante 32 et reliée aux bornes de commande 14, d'autre part un circuit magnétique fixe 33 en forme de E logé dans la partie antérieure du boîtier près de sa face frontale 11 et un circuit magnétique mobile 34 en E disposé entre le circuit 33 et une face arrière 22 du boîtier.
  • A l'âme 35 du circuit mobile 34 est attachée par tout moyen convenable une partie antérieure 23 du support mobile 21. L'excitation de la bobine 31 suscite la montée de l'équipage mobile 34, 21 et donc la fermeture des contacts 17, 18.
  • Pour produire une fermeture forcée des contacts, le bouton 13 coopère avec un levier pivotant 40 par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce d'entraînement et de blocage 60.
  • Le levier 40 est une pièce séparée du bouton 13 qui présente en vue de côté (figure 1) une forme approximative de L avec un premier bras 41 sensiblement parallèle à la direction Z1 et agencé pour être mené par le bouton via la pièce 60 et un deuxième bras 42 sensiblement perpendiculaire à Z1 et lié par un palier 43 au circuit magnétique mobile et/ou au support mobile. Le levier 40 a de préférence la forme d'une fourchette (voir figures 2 et 3), de sorte que le deuxième bras 42 se compose de deux éléments de fourchette 42a, 42b parallèles présentant chacun un évidement oblong 44a, 44b qui coopère avec faible jeu avec un pivot ou tourillon respectif 45a, 45b du circuit 34 ou du support 21 ; les évidements 44 et pivots 45 constituent le palier 43 d'axe Y1 perpendiculaire à un plan moyen X1 du circuit magnétique mobile 34 et ce de manière symétrique au plan X1. Les évidements oblongs 44 sont de préférence ouverts du côté de l'extrémité libre des éléments de fourchette, de sorte que ces extrémités ont elles-mêmes une forme de fourche. Les pivots 45a, 45b peuvent être formés par des tenons du support 21 ou par les extrémités émergentes d'une goupille qui fixe le support 21 au circuit magnétique 34 et qui est montée traversante dans ce circuit.
  • Le levier 40 est une pièce de faible inertie articulée sur un palier 46 fixe par rapport au boîtier et d'axe Y2 parallèle à l'axe Y1 du palier 43. Le palier 46 se compose de deux pivots 47a, 47b solidaires du levier, symétriques par rapport au plan X1 et coopérant avec des logements circulaires 48a, 48b prévus dans une paroi du boîtier ou dans la carcasse de bobine. Les paliers 43, 46 sont agencés pour maintenir le plan moyen X1 du circuit magnétique mobile 34 aligné avec celui du circuit magnétique fixe 33, donc en bridant le circuit mobile, même en cas de sollicitation de l'équipage mobile par un additif latéral.
  • Un ressort 49 de type quelconque, par exemple hélicoïdal, est prévu entre une face ou paroi latérale 24 du boîtier et une facette d'appui 41a du bras 41 du levier (voir figures 1 et 3). Le ressort est logé latéralement à une borne 14 de commande et il convient de noter qu'il constitue l'unique ressort de rappel de l'équipage mobile circuit 34 - support 21.
  • On notera que la fourchette du deuxième bras 42 du levier enveloppe les joues du circuit magnétique mobile et peut présenter extérieurement une forme femelle 50 qui est accessible à travers une ouverture 51 d'une paroi latérale 52 du boîtier pour coopérer avec une forme mâle 53 d'un additif latéral de contacts auxiliaires (voir figure 2). Les efforts dus à la commande des organes mobiles de l'additif sont repris dans le contacteur par les paliers 43, 46, ce qui soulage le circuit magnétique mobile. Le premier bras 41 peut également être en forme de pont (figure 3) pour accentuer la rigidité du levier en lui donnant la physionomie d'une bride.
  • La pièce basculante d'entraînement et de blocage 60 est montée pivotante sur des tourillons 61 d'axe Y3 parallèle aux axes Y1 et Y2, appartenant au boîtier ou à la carcasse de bobine. La pièce basculante 60 comprend un secteur denté 62 qui engrène avec les dents d'une crémaillère 63 portée par une face latérale ou inférieure 64 du bouton 13. A son extrémité opposée au bouton, la pièce 60 comprend un doigt 65 coopérant à la manière d'une came avec une surface d'appui incurvée 66 située près de l'extrémité supérieure 41b du bras 41 du levier ; la surface d'appui 66 se termine (voir figure 6) par une forme de blocage 67 permettant de confirmer ou stabiliser l'état de marche forcée. Le bouton 13 est sollicité vers la droite (figure 1) par un ressort non représenté et comprend une saillie pour commander un organe 68 de coupure du courant de bobine en position arrêt ; cette disposition est bien connue et n'est pas davantage décrite.
  • L'appareil fonctionne de la manière explicitée ci-après. Lorsque le bouton de commande manuelle 13 occupe la position de marche automatique et que la bobine 31 n'est pas alimentée, le levier 40 et le support mobile 21 sont dans la position indiquée en traits pleins sur la figure 4. Lorsque la bobine est alimentée, le circuit magnétique mobile 34 est attiré vers le circuit 33 (position indiquée en tirets) en entraînant d'une part le support 21, d'autre part le levier 40 ; le ressort de rappel 49 est comprimé et les contacts se ferment. Dès que la bobine est désexcitée, le ressort fait revenir l'équipage mobile à sa position de repos et les contacts s'ouvrent.
  • Quand le bouton 13 est amené à sa position de marche forcée (figure 5), les dents 63 de la crémaillère du bouton engrènent avec les dents 62 de la pièce 60 qui bascule ; le doigt 65 glisse sur la surface d'appui 66 en faisant pivoter le levier, jusqu'à venir se bloquer sur la forme 67 (figure 6). Le levier comprime ici encore le ressort de rappel 49 et soulève par les évidements 44 les pivots 45, de sorte que le circuit magnétique mobile 34 se rapproche du circuit magnétique fixe et que les contacts se ferment. Le bouton 13 est remis en position de marche automatique par voie manuelle ou électrique ; dans ce dernier cas, le circuit mobile rattrape un jeu e, le levier pivote légèrement en sens antihoraire (en tirets sur la figure 6) pour libérer la pièce de blocage 60.

Claims (9)

  1. Appareil interrupteur électromécanique, notamment du genre contacteur à marche forcée, comprenant dans un boîtier :
    - au moins un pôle à contacts séparables,
    - un électroaimant présentant une bobine, un circuit magnétique fixe et un circuit magnétique mobile situés respectivement près et à distance d'une face frontale du boîtier, le circuit magnétique mobile étant attelé à un support des contacts mobiles et étant déplaçable avec celui-ci selon une direction perpendiculaire à la face frontale,
    - un bouton de commande manuelle des contacts, déplaçable entre une position de marche automatique et une position de marche forcée, pour agir dans cette dernière position sur le circuit magnétique mobile via une pièce de transmission,
    caractérisé par le fait que :
    - la pièce de transmission est un levier (40) qui présente un premier bras (41) mené par le bouton de commande (13) et un deuxième bras (42) menant le circuit magnétique mobile (34), le levier étant articulé sur un premier palier (46) fixe par rapport au boîtier,
    - le deuxième bras (42) du levier étant lié au circuit magnétique mobile au moyen d'un deuxième palier (44) d'axe (Y2) parallèle à l'axe (Y1) du premier palier (46), les paliers (44, 46) étant agencés pour assurer l'alignement du circuit magnétique mobile (34) par rapport au circuit magnétique fixe (33).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les paliers (44, 46) présentent chacun deux pivots (45, 47) symétriques par rapport à un plan moyen (X1) des circuits magnétiques qui est perpendiculaire aux axes (Y1, Y2) des paliers.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le levier (40) est en forme de fourchette, le deuxième bras (42) du levier comprenant deux éléments de fourchette (42a,42b) munis chacun d'éléments (44, 46) du premier et du deuxième paliers.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le levier (40) a sensiblement la forme d'un L, le premier et le deuxième bras étant sensiblement parallèle et respectivement perpendiculaire à la direction (Z1) de déplacement du circuit magnétique mobile.
  5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un ressort de rappel (49) est disposé entre une face latérale (24) du boîtier et le premier bras (41) du levier (40), le ressort sollicitant le levier et le circuit magnétique mobile (34) dans les positions de marche automatique et de marche forcée.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le levier (40) comprend un élément latéral (50) de couplage à un additif latéralement juxtaposable au boîtier.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une pièce basculante de blocage (60) est prévue entre le bouton de commande (13) et le premier bras (41) du levier, la pièce basculante étant montée pivotante autour d'un axe (Y3) parallèle aux axes (Y1, Y2) des deux paliers (44, 46) et pouvant être sollicitée par le bouton vers une position de blocage du premier bras.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de blocage (60) comprend d'une part une denture (62) coopérant avec une denture menante (63) du bouton de commande (13) et d'autre part un doigt de blocage (65) engagé en position de marche forcée sur une forme de blocage (67) située près de l'extrémité supérieure du premier bras (41).
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de blocage (60) et le levier (40) sont articulés sur des paliers (61, 46) prévus sur la carcasse (32) de la bobine (31) de l'électroaimant.
