Claims (6)
- Plongeur (1) destiné à une pompe (2) et comportant un conduit (3), présentant une ouverture terminale d'entrée (3a) du liquide (L) et un bord latéral intérieur (3b), une tige d'amorçage (4) étant logée coaxialement dans le conduit (3) et reliée de manière fixe par une extrémité (4e) à un rotor (9) qui commande le mouvement de rotation de la tige d'amorçage (4) autour de l'axe longitudinal (9a) du rotor (9), caractérisé par le fait que la tige d'amorçage (4) est en un matériau suffisamment flexible, de telle sorte que, lors de sa rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal (9a) du rotor (9), elle s'incurve en s'écartant de cet axe sans entrer en contact avec le bord latéral intérieur (3b) du conduit (3), de façon à créer ainsi un cône d'aspiration provoquant la montée instantanée du liquide (L) dans le conduit et donc l'amorçage immédiat de la pompe.
- Plongeur (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la tige d'amorçage (4) présente une section transversale (4b) de forme générale sensiblement rectangulaire.
- Plongeur (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les petits côtés (4c) de la section transversale (4b) de la tige d'amorçage (4) présentent une forme en arc de cercle dont le diamètre est sensiblement égal à la largeur (1) des grands côtés (4d) de ladite section transversale (4b), les grands côtés (4d) de la section transversale (4b) présentant une forme incurvée.
- Plongeur (1) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la direction longitudinale de la tige d'amorçage (4), les petits côtés (4c) de la section transversale (4b) sont inscrits dans un tronc de cône dont la grande base correspond à l'extrémité (4e) de la tige (4) fixée au rotor (9) et dont la petite base correspond à l'extrémité libre (4a) de la tige (4).
- Pompe (2) du type destinée aux lave-vitres de véhicules automobiles comprenant un moteur (7) avec un arbre de sortie (8) axial pivotant, à l'extrémité (8a) duquel est monté calé angulairement un rotor (9), et un plongeur (1) qui, d'une part, comporte une ouverture terminale d'entrée (3a) du liquide et qui, d'autre part, est en communication avec un orifice de sortie (14) latéral et tangentiel, caractérisé par le fait que le plongeur (1) est un plongeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
- Lave-vitres pour véhicules automobiles comprenant un réservoir (5) de liquide de lavage (L), une pompe (2) de distribution du liquide de lavage (L) selon la revendication 5, dont le plongeur (1) est placé à l'intérieur du réservoir (5), et un tuyau branché sur un embout de sortie (6) en communication avec l'orifice de sortie (14) latéral et tangentiel, et à la sortie duquel est monté un ajutage de pulvérisation.
