This way of doing it cleans all the inking organs as well as the screened ink transfer cylinder.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Waschen der Farborgane einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, und insbesondere zum Waschen der Farbübertragungs-Rasterwalze, der Farbwanne, der Rakelkammer und den verschiedenen Kanälen der Farborgane, umfassend Mittel zum Waschen der verschiedenen Kanäle der Farborgane sowie andere Mittel zum Waschen, welche zwischen zwei Seitenwangen (9, 10) angebracht sind und einen Verteiler (14) umfassen, der mit Düsen (15 bis 18) ausgestattet ist, und in einem Bügel (13) schwenkbar angebracht ist, welch letzterer zwischen den zwei Wangen (9, 10) in einer Hin- und Herbewegung seitlich verschiebbar ist, entlang der zu reinigenden Farborgane, wobei die Winkelstellung des Verteilers (14) bei jeder Ankunft des Bügels (13) in seitlicher Endlage umgekehrt wird.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (13) durch einen linearen pneumatischen Zylinder (21), welcher zwischen den Seitenwangen (9, 10) angeordnet ist, in einer Hin- und Herbewegung seitlich verschoben wird.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedesmal wenn der Bügel (13) die Endlage erreicht, die Winkelstellung des Verteilers (14) durch den Kontakt der Düsen (15, 16, 17) gegen einen Anschlag (31) umgekehrt wird,
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwangen (9, 10) durch pneumatische Kolben (24), welche ausserhalb von jeder Seitenwange (9, 10) angeordnet sind, von einer ersten Stellung (22) in eine zweite Stellung (23) verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rakelkammer (4) auf einem Hebel (6) befestigt ist, welcher um eine Achse (7) schwenkt, um von einer Stellung (4a) zum Drucken in eine Stellung (4b) zum Waschen zu wechseln.
