Claims (4)
- Outil à main (1) destiné à pourvoir un tuyau d'une extrémité élargie approximativement tronconique, l'outil (1) comprenant :des moyens de support ;un dispositif de serrage comprenant une première (3) et une deuxième (4) mâchoires de serrage, la première et la deuxième mâchoires de serrage (3, 4) étant équipées, à l'intérieur, d'un filetage destiné à maintenir de façon fixe et à serrer une extrémité de tube, dans lequel la deuxième mâchoire est guidée de façon coulissante en direction et à l'opposé de la première mâchoire afin de serrer l'extrémité de tuyau entre les mâchoires ;un mandrin (30), le mandrin (30) étant reçu de façon coulissante dans un canal ménagé dans les moyens de support pour se déplacer dans une direction axiale du tuyau qui, lorsque l'outil est utilisé, est serré entre les mâchoires (3, 4), dans lequel le mandrin (30) en acier présente une dureté telle qu'une extrémité de tuyau peut être élargie avec, le mandrin en acier étant pourvu d'une extrémité conique ;un premier bras de commande (11) qui entraíne la deuxième mâchoire (4) à coulisser en direction de la première mâchoire (3) lorsque l'extrémité de tuyau est serrée entre les mâchoires ;un deuxième bras de commande (17) qui entraíne le mandrin (30) à se déplacer par rapport au dispositif de serrage et aux moyens de support, caractérisé en ce que la première mâchoire (3) ne forme qu'une seule pièce avec la partie des moyens de support dans laquelle le canal du mandrin est ménagé, et en ce que les moyens de support comprennent, en outre, une première plaque latérale (2) et une deuxième plaque latérale (7), la première mâchoire (3) étant montée fixement entre les plaques latérales (2, 7) et la deuxième mâchoire (2) étant fixée entre les plaques latérales (2, 7) afin de pouvoir être guidée de façon coulissante en direction et à l'opposé de la première mâchoire (3), afin de serrer l'extrémité de tuyau entre les mâchoires.
- Outil à main selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les pivots (12, 18) du premier et du deuxième bras de commande (11, 17) sont fixés entre les deux plaques latérales, plaques latérales (2, 7) qui sont équipées d'une fente (6) le long de laquelle une partie dépassante (23) du dispositif de serrage peut effectuer un va-et-vient.
- Outil à main selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'outil est équipé d'un élément formant rouleau (22) prévu sur le deuxième bras de commande (17) afin que celui-ci roule le long du mandrin (30) lorsque le deuxième bras de commande (17) est activé.
- Utilisation d'un outil à main selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-3, destiné à pourvoir un tuyau en acier inoxydable d'une extrémité élargie approximativement tronconique, en particulier dans les endroits difficiles d'accès, comme sous le comptoir et/ou derrière celui-ci, dans un établissement de restauration, comprenant les étapes qui consistent à :insérer une extrémité de tuyau en acier inoxydable dans des mâchoires de serrage de l'outil à main ;serrer l'extrémité de tuyau entre ces mâchoires de serrage ;faire fonctionner les moyens de commande de telle sorte que le mandrin se déplace par rapport au dispositif de serrage, ce qui fait pénétrer de force le mandrin dans l'extrémité du tuyau en acier, créant ainsi un élargissement.
