Claims (10)
- Auskleidung für eine Trommel (1) einer Kugelmühle aus hochverschleißfesten, gepreßten und gesinterten Steinen, insbesondere Aluminium- oder Zirkonoxidsteinen (4, 6, 8, 10), mit einer stetig gewellten oder dachförmigen, das Mahlgut und die Kugeln bei der Drehung der Trommel anhebenden Oberfläche (5, 7, 9, 11) zum Trommelinnenraum hin.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dachförmige Oberfläche (9) an jeden Stein (8) angeformt ist.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dachförmige Oberfläche (9) durch Aneinandersetzen der hohen bzw. niedrigen Kanten von Steinen (10) mit unterschiedlich hohen Seitenkanten gebildet ist.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeden Stein (4) eine ganze Welle (5) angeformt ist.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeden Stein (6) eine Halbwelle angeformt ist und benachbarte Steine (6) mit ihren Wellentälern bzw. Wellenbergen aneinandergesetzt sind.
- Auskleidung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius der Wellen etwa dem Radius der Kugeln (2) in der Trommel (1) entspricht.
- Auskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dach- oder Wellenprofile achsparallel durch die Trommel (1) hindurch verlaufen.
- Auskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dach- oder Wellenprofile unter einem kleinen Winkel geneigt zur Trommelachse durch die Trommel (1) hindurch verlaufen.
- Auskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Trommel (1) zugewandte Steinoberfläche eine vergrößerte Rauhigkeit bis hin zu Riefen oder Vertiefungen (13) und Erhöhungen (12) aufweist.
- Auskleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch an der der Trommel (1) zugewandten Steinoberfläche befestigte Permanentmagnete (14, 15).
