Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Anstreifbelag (1) für metallische Triebwerkskomponenten wie Verdichterschaufeln (2), die einen Anlaufbelag (3) aufweisen, der sich beim Anstreifen in einen Einlaufbelag (4) einarbeitet, wobei der Anlaufbelag (3) aus einer thermisch gespritzten Keramikschicht besteht und die Keramikschicht derart profiliert ist, daß sie schneidfähige Kanten (5-9) aufweist, wobei zwischen den Kanten (5-9) Freiräume (10-13) angeordnet sind, die den Abrieb des Einlaufbelages (4) aufnehmen und ausräumen, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung profilierter Anstreifbeläge (1).
