Definitions
- the invention relates to packaging, in particular a Case made of cellulose, preferably cardboard, for preferably essentially elongated objects, such as for example glasses, writing and drawing utensils or the like, consisting of two interconnectable, preferably halves of essentially the same size, which enclose a cavity and in cross section, especially round, oval or in any other way Descriptive curve are formed, both halves are each wound from a cellulose strip, the in the production at least two layers on top of each other is placed and the layers connected to each other, preferably be glued.
- DE-GM 90 04 015.5 discloses so-called paper-mache or cardboard plug-in cases two interconnectable halves.
- This Halves are oval in cross section and enclose a cavity, with each half an open and has a closed, rounded end face.
- Half of the two halves have a heel, which is designed such that its external dimensions with the Internal dimensions of the second half match, so that the Sales held non-positively in the second half becomes.
- This insertion technique is usually all insertion cases given.
- the invention has for its object to provide a generic packaging, in particular a generic case made of cellulose, preferably cardboard, that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and has a high stability, especially in the end areas.
- the solution to this problem provides that several, at least two folding tongues and at least two tabs are arranged on one longitudinal side of each cellulose strip, the tabs being arranged in the cavity below the folding tongues and / or above the folding tongues and connected, preferably glued, to the folding tongues.
- each cellulose strip had a straight line Long edge, two straight side edges and one more Has long side, on the folding tongues and rags are arranged.
- a Packaging according to the invention becomes such Strips of cellulose around a replica of the cavity Body wrapped, so that the preferably arcuate section trained folding tongues in at least double-layer arrangement essentially covering come to lie on top of each other and so that the rag especially in the area of the narrow sides of the Packaging according to the invention arranged opposite are. Then the winding form from the Package half blank removed and the two Rag folded over before in a last one Step the folding tongues also folded towards each other and form the end of the packaging half.
- each folding tongue has at least one, preferably V-shaped trained notches.
- This notch has the Advantage that the folding process of the arcuate section Folding tongues is simplified and that a smooth surface Surface in the area of the packaging half ends is achievable.
- each cellulose strip in the area of the arcuate section Folding tongues one formed by embossing Has corrugation.
- the advantage of this configuration is also a simplified folding process of the arcuate section Folding tongues.
- the corrugation on the surface of the cavity facing Cellulose strip is arranged so that the corrugation with finished packaging in the area of the outer surfaces the packaging is not recognizable.
- a simplification of the folding process of the rags is in achieved in a structurally simple manner in that the corrugation continued in the area of the rag. In the It is therefore the manufacture of such cellulose strips advantageous, the corrugation before cutting into the Emboss cellulose strips.
- the cellulose strips on their transverse sides are sanded on opposite surfaces. Grinding the cellulose strips in the area of Has transverse sides on opposite surfaces in particular the advantage that indoors, d. H. in the cavity no visible half of each packaging, or only one extremely weak transition edge arises, so that in particular in a simple manner on the inner surfaces the packaging halves textile, materials, such as in particular Velvet can be applied without being raised created by transition edges.
- FIG. 1 shows a case 1 made of cellulose, which consists of two halves 2 and 3, one not Enclose the cavity shown in the interior.
- Half 3 of the case 1 has a paragraph 4, the is designed such that it in the cavity in the Half 2 can be inserted such that between the paragraph 4 of half 3 and the inner surface of half 2 one frictional connection occurs when half 3 with half 2 is plugged together.
- case 1 in the end areas 5 and 6 of the Halves 2 and 3 formed in the shape of a circular arc, see above that when halves 2 and 3 are joined together essentially one edgeless and cornerless appearance of the case 1 arises.
- To arrange cartoons, pictures, Drawings, writing symbols or the like indicates that Case 1 on its halves 2 and 3 presentation areas 7 and 8 on.
- Another presentation area 9 can be in the area of paragraph 4 can be arranged, which is then visible is when the two halves 2 and 3 are pulled apart the case 1 with glasses, for example, with writing and drawing utensils or with other im to fill essential elongated objects or when these items are removed from case 1 should be.
- the half 3 is partially cut shown side view shown, so that the wall 10 can be seen from cellulose.
- the wall 10 can be a textile fabric in the end region 6 be arranged, through which the case 1 is lined is.
- the case 1 is made of cellulose.
- each half is 2 and 3 from a cellulose strip wound, as shown in Figure 3.
- the cellulose strip 12 is essentially strip-shaped trained and has a straight-line limited Long edge and two perpendicular to the long edge 13 arranged transverse sides 15.
- the transverse sides 15 are arranged opposite each other.
- the long side 13 Opposite the long side 13 is a long side 16 arranged, the four arcuate section-shaped folding tongues 17 and two substantially rectangular Has tabs 18, the tabs 18 in their extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the cellulose strip 12 Protrude in the direction beyond the folding tongues 17.
- reference numeral 14 is the outer surface the half 3 called.
- each folding tongue 17 has a V-shaped design Notch 19, the notches 19 in two folded tongues in the wound state 17 are arranged congruently one above the other. Further is in the area of the folding tongues 17 and the tab 18 Corrugation 20 provided by embossing in the cellulose strip 12 is introduced, the corrugation 20 runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cellulose strip 12.
- the cellulose strip 12 has the sanded Areas 21 and 22 on both a smooth outer surface 14 as well as a smooth inner surface 11 enable.
- the flaps 18 do not have to be of the same length his. Rather, it is possible to design the tabs 18 in such a way that that they are folded in the direction of the Arrows 23 one above the other at least in partial areas are arranged and thus a further improvement of Stability of halves 2 and 3 in their end regions 5 and 6 enable.
